Purely food based review:Spicy cold noodle - Good solid staple. Cool & spicy for those summer days. Traditionally you have to cut up the dish yourself & mix everything in.Ox Bone Soup - Traditionally you have to salt & pepper it yourself to your liking, so after you get the right level, it's pretty good!Bbq Pork - Surprisingly good side dish! Would recommend this as a side dish for sure!Mandu - Pretty good, although but pricey for the amount you getIf you're looking for an authentic Korean cold noodle spot, this is it in Duluth!

Bit of a wait to get inside, but great atmosphere. Seemed a bit understaffed; cashier was running around doing other tasks before coming to take our order. Unlike Western restaurants, this place operates on a “serve yourself” model. You get your food, drinks, and sauces yourself.Food quality was good, although I prefer my broth to be a bit sweeter than they have it here. Noodles were also a bit too thin for my taste. However, the meal in general was quite good, and I left feeling filled. The table ordered some pork dumplings which were okay, but not great. In all, this is a decent place to come eat if you’re willing to wait in line for a little while. Food was okay for the price, and the restaurant itself looked clean and well maintained.

My friend recommended this restaurant, and I stopped by. As soon as you walk in, there is a line to order and pay. There is no field for entering a tip on the bill. Perhaps they don't want tips. You can drink that delicious and warm broth unlimitedly. Instead of a tip, you must pick up the food yourself and move your dish to the designated location. In terms of taste, it was the best, as if I had eaten in Korea.

My husband, daughter, and I went in March 2022 for a Monday lunch, a bit before noon. We waited about 5 minutes for a table, then ordered and paid with the hostess before being seated. Ordered cold noodles, short ribs soup, and ox bone soup. While waiting for the food, we enjoyed some hot stock as a pre-meal drink. You go up to get your food when your number is called. Our dishes were delicious (we ate it all) and the price fair for what we got. Since it was self-serve, we did not leave a tip. We will definitely visit again during less busy hours. We had tried to visit here once before but were not interested in waiting an hour in the line that ran out the door.

Best beef soup (kalbi soup)! 6 pieces dumpling was also great! Mostly their services are self. You grab water and meal yourself after paying at the entrance. Return tray after eating also self service so you don't need to put tips.

Very good place, I love the cold noodles and the mandoo was excellent!! Definitely going back here again! It’s superb!!

It is just rightfully done by true specialists! If you are looking for hearty Korean soups, this is the place!

Their short rib soup is little pricy but still good deal especially their perfect side dishes.

The middle age lady at the front desk was super nice! We didn’t know how this place works and she was very passionate and kind in helping us, and recommending us what to order. It is similar to Panera Bread; you order and pay for your food first at the front desk, sit anywhere you like, and then pick up your food at the counter when you see your number called on the screen. We ordered dumplings and short ribs, both were super good and the price is decent too. You definitely get enough food to be very full!
