The manager here has no common sense. He made some of us get out of line and go around the store which I get because it was long and by the street however if that’s the case that means all cars that come after that have to do the same thing. He didn’t do that. He let several cars get in front of us that had already been waiting. They should’ve been directed to the back as well. I brought this to his attention and he told me it’s just a few cars. That’s just laughable!

I would have given them five stars however I went there not the first time they've done this, I was asked five times what it was I wanted I repeated it five times and still they gave me the wrong thing not sure if they didn't have white meat and they purposely put a drumstick in my wing and breast combo but I called and called no answer could not go there cuz you know the lines are long but yet again one of the reasons I stopped going there is because it happened to me two times in a row the last two times I was there which literally was 2 years ago and then I go back after 2 years and they did it again. Don't like dark meat I don't like the way it taste I don't eat it so of course I had to throw that drumstick away looked at my receipt and sure enough it says breast and wing so I paid for something I didn't get which is what happened the last two times as well and did not get them replaced

We wish the owner of this franchise would train their employees on how to treat customers right, the very people that support Popeyes' business and also indirectly pay their employees.I placed an order on the Popeyes app on April 23, 2022, at 10:07 AM. At noon, I came to the restaurant at the drive thru to let them know I was there to pick up the order. After waiting for a long time at the speaker with no one responding, I could not wait any longer and drove to the pickup window to get my food. The employee said I had to go back to the line and talk to her through the speaker, because the order was not ready.What is the purpose of the Popeyes app and ordering ahead if you have to do it all again at the restaurant?Instead of Popeyes apologizing for their mistake and fixing it, the customer is told, "You can pull around or pull out!" A lesson in customer service is badly needed at this location.There are many choices competing for your money. Why would you give it to a place that provides poor customer service?

I opened my box to find one piece of fresh chicken and the rest was old, hard, brown (the actual chicken) & smelled like wet dog. I used to love Popeyes but the quality of the food has plummeted to a new low over the last few years. I can cook better food at home & won’t be returning to Popeyes anymore.

This place absolutely sucks for those working with doordash. Literally, if I could could this place 0 stars I would. If your work for doordash DO NOT get orders from here no matter how much your going to get paid. I waited for over 2 hours to pick up an order and in the end my dash ended and they still didn’t even start the order. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

NOT open for Dine-in in contrast to what is stated on Google results for some time. Reason given is they cannot keep up with dining room service and drive-thru.Used to be managed better but they have had significant turnover in management and staff last several years. Maintenance and cleaning are also lacking in a number of areas. Coke machine looks like it is always somewhat dirty. Maybe it is just so old and/or stained from lack of proper maintenance.

They are always out of something every time I go get chicken or the chicken is not cooked correctly. This time they were out of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I'm also unhappy with the size of the new chicken nuggets they taste good but they're way too small.

Horrible service and staff. Had an online to pick up but they only had drive through open. The people that worked for grub hub couldn’t even go inside to pick up a customer order. I waited in line for 1 hour and didn’t even get near the order window. The website wouldn’t even let me cancel the order, so I called the restaurant to see if they can cancel it for me but none of the workers picked up the phone. There was one employee specifically that looked like she wasn’t doing any work at all just walking around very relaxed when there is a huge line! Really!!!!? No can pick up the phone. Chick-fil-A had bigger line and was short staffed and I never waited that long to get my food. Never coming here again. This restaurant needs new staff because this current staff is horrible

First time back in five months after another long wait; 2022 still sees an hour wait to get from parking lot entry to order speaker, and then another 20 minutes wait to get the food. Great taste, poor service management.

This is absolutely the worst place that you can ever attempt to get food at, and I’m not exaggerating. The employees were VERY rude in a manner that I’ve not seen before. After an hour of waiting without any food, I was able to hunt down an employee who then told me that they didn’t have what I ordered. They didn’t have the initiative to come tell me that until after I found them. One of the employees then told me that they couldn’t refund me because I ordered through their app. So I’m still waiting for my money back and I didn’t get any food. But yeah, never returning. This is my first interaction with Popeyes and it’s absolutely the last. I don’t need such mood-ruining service ever again, especially if I’m paying for it.
