Like most Popeyes franchises, waits here are pretty epic. The waits are exacerbated by the fact that they randomly lock the store many hours before the in store closing time posted on the doors. This causes people with prior takeout orders to have to wait another half an hour or more in the drive through. Food is generally tasty, everything else (ordering, wait times, service) excruciating.

HORRIBLE. Got an 8 piece nugget meal. Fries looked and tasted old. Bit into a nugget and it had the consistency and taste of drywall. I will NEVER eat here again. Glad I looked and tasted before sharing with my kid. Absolutely gross and a complete waste of money.

The employee was very toxic. The order was not right we asked for mild and spicy of 8 pieces of chicken instead they give us spicy both and forgot to give us Biscuit. Very rude service never coming back again. We waited 3 hrs to get our new food. One of employees give us a dirty bag that we ordered.

We ordered online. One order was a three-piece tenders with red beans and rice. The other was three-piece dark meat with mashed potatoes and gravy. When we went through the drive-thru to pick it up, we were told they were “out of chicken.” Meaning no bone-in chicken. So we subbed for three tenders. Got home and this is what we received. One box had one big tender and two tiny pieces that had almost no chicken in them. The other box was three equally tiny pieces. We got a tiny helping of fries instead of the requested sides. No sauce either. We should’ve checked our order before we left, but this was ridiculous. Especially for over $10 per meal. Also should have listened to the negative reviews that have stayed with this location since they opened.

Do not eat here! Their service is terrible and their employees are lairs. Ordered sandwiches and a few sides. Once I paid at the window, they asked me to drive forward and wait. 20 minutes later they brought out a bag drenched in oil, missing items. When I told the employee I was missing a sandwich and a side, she told me that what was in the bag was all I ordered. Without letting me show her the receipt, she walked back inside and locked the door (their lobby is still closed). Had to go BACK THROUGH the drive-thru to get my missing items. Other customer seems to have a similar experience. Can’t wait for this place to go out of business.

No wait in drive-thru line. Get to window to pay and we’re asked to pull forward to wait. Waited 20 min then went inside. Paris was friendly. Wait time is just awful. Chicken sandwich bun was hard and crunchy. 8 piece chicken was over cooked. Not a good visit.

The service was poor. I asked for two three piece meals dark meat I got 2 two piece white meat when went back the nasty Manager if you can call her a Manager was so rude and dismissive I really wanted to snatch her out the window. They told me before I pulled off everything was right because I was own my way to work I didn't look at that moment. My mistake. Then the Manager tells me they can't do special orders and that is that. I'm like so you won't fix this she says once again WE CAN'T DO SPECIAL ORDERS. I thought a three piece was just a regular order. How stupid I am. Never go there again and would tell everyone not to go there either. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I worked in customer service for a lot of years and has never treated anyone like she treated me.

The stingiest, lowest quality, highest priced chicken sandwich combo in the market.Twenty fries, yes I counted them because there were so few, a squished chicken sandwich and it costs more than $10.Never, ever again will I go to this place and I'd advise you not to as well.

Count your chicken they always short my order by one piece why they are doing that on a regular basis is definitely some sort of scheme and not to our advantage. And the chicken is always dark brown never golden as if it's been cooked twice so that it can be served. BTW you can get better service and chicken reliably from the other restaurant on States bridge in Duluth

I'd like to go on record as saying this is perhaps the absolute worst Popeye's I've been to based on MULTIPLE VISITS OVER THE SPAN OF MONTHS. NEVER AGAIN!!! The waits are consistently long and I am currently amongst a group of half a dozen people that have been here for 40 minutes waiting our orders. I have paid and the sun has gone down while I've been waiting for them to bring 4 sandwiches, 3 cookies, and two sides. The GM and District Manager are an embarrassment to Copeland's stakeholders. Quote Me!!! Absolute clowns at the helm at this location.
