Came here on a Monday night with my family. We got the Thai hotpot, lamb pot, sukiyaki and Taiwanese spicy hot pot. All the pots we got were really good. I usually get the Taiwanese hotpot from boiling point and it’s super spicy but this one I ordered at %100 and it was perfect. The sauces they offer are perfect! Will definitely come back to this establishment.

If you are meat lover, the. This review is for you. By far hands down, the best option is #16 on the menu, beef satay, it has the most meat. Order it with ramen instead of the cheap glass noodle even if it cost extra, it taste much better together. The beef satay hot pot is 18$. Total bill for two people ordering the same thing is about 46$ with 20% tip. If you can’t handle spicy and just want some spice for the flavor then order mild (20%). This shop is running with real red chili so it gonna get really spicy. ?

Sofia was our server and she is great. Really took care of each of our dietary restrictions and was exceptionally helpful, insightful and hard working.Food was pretty good too. Came in last but there was no pressure to leave early. Take care of the spice level, we got a 100% spice level and could not drink the broth without coughing. Everything else is great and I highly recommend.

Same concept as Boiling Point and Tasty Pot if you’re familiar with them. We had the Taiwanese spicy and the Sukiyaki one. Broth and food was ok. One thing could be improved is probably having the sauce ready in bottles for each table so customers can pour the sauce by themselves. They have more options than BP/TP but quality isnt as good as BP/TP imo.

Enjoy the hot pot although missed when they used to have stinky tofu (a long, long time ago) for appetizer and ingredient to their hot pot. Overall good service and very reasonable price.

This was my first time trying this place and I am very disappointed to say the least. I was with a big party but I’m pretty patient when it comes to this situations. Well my food never came out and everyone was already done eating, the whole issue made me lose my appetite but when they finally brought my food out and I told the server about it he said he couldn’t do anything about it because one person in the oft had already left. They gave me $2 cash to ease the situation and I still had to pay for my entire meal. If you want good service I recommend trying J’s mini hotpot, better service

I may have totally overthought this - but I was so confused on how to eat hot pot! I ordered their miso-based seafood hot pot and was like "ohh - that's a raw egg . . . and that shrimp still has a head on it . . . and there are seashells in my soup . . . how do I eat this? Do I eat the whole thing?" So, brace yourself. If you haven't ventured very far with your culinary pallet this one may be a bit more on the advanced side. But let me preference this - the food is spectacular once you get the hang of how to eat it. It is perfect on a cold day and really gives you a great variety of different foods to try (like fish cake, fish, mussels, quail egg, different types of mushroom, etc.)The waitress was super nice and walked my husband and I through the process. Essentially, you can pick either rice or glass noodles to pair with your hot pot. There are appetizers that you can munch on while you wait for your hot pot to cook. If you have never eaten a whole shrimp or haven't been exposed to different varieties of seafood before - be open to learning and looking a little crazy as you figure out how to eat it.The hot pot is designed to be single-serving but the portions are big enough to where you can share them. My pot was $17 and my husband's was $15 - he ordered the mushroom miso based hot-pot and loved it.

Staff was super friendly but I did not enjoy the hot pot as much.

Overall, the food is better than OK. For the mala opt, it’s good. For the 壽喜燒,that’s defenetely not the 壽喜 flavor, but it’s still good tho. I didn’t give 5 stars because it’s a little pricey.

Great food with subpar service. The boyfriend and I both had the Thai style hot pot. As for the spice level, I got the mild and he got the medium. In all honesty the mild and medium tasted exactly the same. Unless, they mistakenly gave us both mild. Despite this, the hot pots were delicious! They were generous with the toppings. The sauces provided were ok. You also get a side of rice or glass noodle with your hot pot. The service was not the friendliest. It was hard at times to hear the server because of the noise level, but she seemed aggravated when we asked her to repeat. Midway in our dinner we asked the server if we could get an extra rice, but she forgot it. We reminded her, and she brought it over but it was cold. Overall, pot pot has delicious prepared hot pots, which are definitely worth a try!
