Peri Peri place nearby was closed. So glad we opted for Pollo Pelon! Huge portion, great sides. Chicken was juicy, well seasoned, not spicy hot. Plantains were crispy creamy sweetness, yum! Mac n cheese was not Kraft style but homemade bechamel cheese sauce on shells. I'm addicted! Rich and probably terrible for me but so good. Plus a salsa bar, love!
First of all, not many choices of grilled chicken are offered. I ordered the chicken breast plate which was $12+. I got fried plantains and beans as my two sides. I also ordered a side of corn tortillas. When I got home and opened the box, the chicken breast was not grilled and was just two thin pieces of breast fillet! I was expecting a chicken breast with bone in for the price. Also, although I paid for it, I didn’t get the side of corn tortillas. I tried to call the business but there was no answer.I really feel that we were ripped off by this business. The food is quite mediocre and misrepresented. For the total I paid, I could have bought two whole chickens and grilled them myself! I was looking for a place I could enjoy chicken like El Pollo Loco used to make here in Georgia. ?

Really good! The workers where nice the food was still hot the Mac and cheese was amazing I got the rotisserie chicken and it was well seasoned. The Oreo churros were so good and sweet. The horchata was not too sweet or bitter it was perfect!!10/10 will be coming back soon!
Looks better than it tastes. Another tiktok fraud. Great advertisement. Bad food. Chicken was horribly underseasoned. I should've driven to Pollo Campero and spent the extra $15. Whole chicken was wrappen in maybe 3 meters of aluminum foil. When I unwrapped it, it wasnt even warm throughout. What the hell is going on in there? They will never get another dime of my money. And the young lady at the drive thru window had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. A drive thru tip?!! Dont waste your time. Drive to Pollo Campero instead.
Had this a few days ago before lunch rush and it was stellar 6/5 stars. But today, totally disappointed. This is literally half of what I received the other day. Maybe it’s because it was takeout this time but still should be more consistent IMO
For a fast food place I really can't complain. $8 for 6 jumbo tenders, fries and a drink, I just can't not recommend it. Food was pretty good and Definitely a step up from other fast food.They have Oreo churros, all the jarritos, tacos whole chicken, sandwiches, tenders, every salsa. It's all good
I had the quater Chicken and it was very flavorful. Not only does it looks seasoned, you an taste it in every bite. The chorizo potatoes and plantains are excellent. Will definitely eat here often.
Unfortunately I had high hopes of this spot because of tiktok.. Came in yesterday about 3pm, first time ordering so I told the host over the intercom and she gave me a horrible attitude. I ordered two 2 piece chicken combos one with fries and beans, the other with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The chicken was dry, under seasoned and cold. The mac and cheese looked like mashed potatoes and tasted like a rip off alfredo sauce. The beans had hot dogs when I was told it was bacon and sausage. Fries were soggy. End of the story is that the bad reviews on google summed up my experience here.
My family and I loved this chicken, perfectly cooked, flavorful. Sides were perfect.Had a lil bit if waiting at the drive thru but definitely worth it .
