My pizza was not fully cooked. I would like for you guys to make sure you pay attention to things like that. Also, I had curbside pick-up I called and texted the number outside and the place was not busy and I was forgotten about, so I would like for this to improve as well. This is the second time I have gone to this location and this has happened twice with the same complaints. Please do better.
Weird staff. But it's not a bad place.
Make your pizza crust more tasty and less frozen. I got the stuffed crust, you could hardly tell if cheese was inside the crust; no flavor what forever. Try sprinkling some Italian seasoning all over the pizza and the crust.
My pizza was really tough.we threw 1/2of both pizza of away! And all of the chicken. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with pizza hut
Food is always fresh, hot, and amazing...my grandkids love Puzza Hut!
Its the best , Service is prompt and the cashier was very friendly and nice.
The manager working tonight could use some more customer service training (he's probably just stressed out) but the young man who worked the register tonight was a sweetheart. ??
Worst customer service on the phone. I ordered a personal pizza on the app and they called to say it wasn’t available. They asked if I wanted to get a medium instead, but they have to charge $17. Offered no discount for the inconvenience and when I declined the upgrade they hung up immediately before I even got to ask additional questions. The app does not reflect that the order was cancelled.
Follow instructions- we asked for well done and extra sauce
