Trinity gave us THE BEST customer service experience I have had at a restaurant, besides Disney world ?. I have several allergies, and she was on top of it with making sure I knew everything I could eat, making sure I felt comfortable with my menu choices. I also am recovering from a concussion, so she was super sweet to check different places around the restaurant to see which would be better noise wise, and she even turned the music way down so it wouldn't overwhelm me. And the food was THE BEST pho I've ever had. The broth truly tasted like real bone broth. Super flavorful. Can't wait to come back.
First time here. Food taste good/authentic but come in small portion. The Bun Mam we ordered came without BBQ (as it said on description); the add-on BBQ costs $6 and came 6 small pieces.
We've been coming to this place so many times that they know what we eat before we even sat down. We love the food here. Pho broth is rich and flavorful. Love any of their grilled pork dishes. Some of our favorites are Bun Dau Mam Tom, Shaking beef with fried rice, Vegetarian stir fried noodles with veggies and tofu, and of course Pho. Reason why Im giving it 4 stars because they don't put out the chili paste like they used to. We always have to ask and we don't want to make the servers feel like they keep having to run back and forth. Another thing, I love my bun dau mam tom but if I ask for more sauce, they would charge $3 moreI found my new favorite spot for Bun Bo Hue. ?
Very interesting. I ordered take out an hour before they closed. They gave me cold food and made me feel like it was my fault for not telling them to warm the broth and bread up. I warmed the food up at home and it was just okay.
I’ve been coming to this place for a while. But this time, the service was so bad, I won’t be back. I was seated. And then the server said he would be right back to my table. Passed back-and-forth. Nothing. Thought I needed to push the call button and I did. Nothing. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Then another table sat down 5 feet from me. A moment went by and then the same server showed up to take their order immediately before taking mine or looking my way. The snub was obvious. I walked out. Won’t be back. There are plenty of great Vietnamese spots all over town. Don’t need to return here ever again.
I ordered Pho dac Viet like I do everywhere else. Had Medium size since they have no small size option , didn't see much meat in it. Not many good phos around Duluth area. You will do great if you can increase the quality
Food is good, but staff 'cold' in demeanor. When asked for fresh garlic on the side they acted as if I asked for $1000! On on occasion they told me they didn't have any. Been there several times over last three months. Most Asian interactions with Black people are very strained in general in this country. I really need to start cooking these dishes myself at home and stop spending money with those who want my money but don't care for me being around them..

Another thing, I love my bun dau mam tom but if I ask for more sauce, they would charge $1. It's not about the dollar amount, it's why am I being charged for it? You add housin sauce and sriracha to your Pho as much as you want, but why can't I ask for more mam tom with the dish? Just didn't make sense to me. Other than that, the consistency of the flavors is good.I found my new favorite spot for Bun Bo Hue. ?
Never a bad experience here. Friendly and fast service. Order is always right. I always get the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and the pho tai. Absolute perfection! I've eaten at quite a few pho locations and this is definitely one of my top favorites. Highly recommend!
