Literally wasted 5 miles worth of gas just waiting in line for my order. I placed an order online and it said my order will be ready 15-20 mins. I showed up 30 mins later and they informed me it’ll be another 15 mins. I waited TWENTY in their parking lot and came back around to the drive up window just to be told they put the wrong sauce on my wings so it’ll be another 5. Jesus Christ. Avoid this place at all costs
This review is for the driver who delivered my food. He was EXTREMELY POLITE and courteous. He brought my pizza and forgot my drink and he kindly went back and got it. He also apologized profusely for the mistake. It takes nothing away from us to be kind. He is a great example. He's a great hire Pappa John's should treat him very well.
Terrible service every time. This time I came to pick up my pizza and I paid for two extra garlic sauces, with the automatic understanding of one sauce comes with the pizza. So once I realized they only gave me two rather than three, I reminded the attendant that I just paid for two extra sauces and the shift manager came over and rudely started to argue that I only get two and that my pizza doesn't come with sauce because it was thin crust. I have never encountered such a ridiculous lie, especially about something so simple as sauce. They closed the window and didn't bother to give me my change.We all know every pizza comes with one sauce per their policy and I confirmed this on their website through the live chat.
I placed my order at 730pm. It is 916pm & they’ve yet to even start my order. There should be a message that advises your order will take 2 HOURS to be delivered. I’m literally 1.4 miles away. However, I didn’t want to leave my children home alone. Every time I order from this Papa Johns the wait time gets longer & longer.

Papa John's has great pizza and I love dipping my Pepperoni pizza slice in the garlic butter sauce. Yummy!!! Never disappoints. Delivery drivers are all great! REMEMBER the delivery drivers use their OWN vehicle and PAY for their OWN GAS. Yes, they receive a paycheck but right now I'm sure more of their ? ? ? goes into the gas tank. I ALWAYS TIP 25 to 30%!!!! If you have any of the following, BeFrugal, Honey, Capital One Shopping downloaded you will ALWAYS SAVE ? ? on your order, so you can TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER MORE!!!!
I placed an online order at this location, store 0774 & let me tell you.....Dekeem made sure my order was filled to perfection, it was fresh, hot & OMG....my taste buds exploded with great joy!!! Please make sure he does your order....you will not be disappointed at all. And Benjamin, the driver, was amazing too. He was polite, friendly & professional. You could see his smile through his mask. The wait time to get my food was in minutes. These guys are on it!!! Thank you so much Dekeem & Benjamin for this top notch experience!!! You all are awesome!!!!
The taste of the food is like a very cheap pizza that you buy at any pizzeria. The store is under staff, they have more orders that employees. They need to use quality ingredients in order for the pizza to taste better. The three times that I been in the store the personnel was helpful, but hat to wait 15 minutes in order to place my order. I do not recommend this store, if you looking a tasteful, well done pizza.
Do NOT order from this place during busy times! Had a miserable experience Friday night 12/3/21. They are wickedly understaffed and will not produce your pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Go to Domino's.
