Visited this restaurant twice recently, and the restaurant was dirty and poorly staffed. We tried one more time using takeout and the order was incorrect when we arrived home. This Panera location is still waiting on its post-pandemic recovery, while other restaurants in the area have managed to return to mostly normal operations.

I went to the John's Creek location over the weekend.First, there was no one at the register when we walked in. We had to ask if someone could come over. Then before we tried to order, another customer complained that there is no soda in the machines nor is there any ice. The girl didn't even report that issue to anyone. Also, none of the employees were wearing name tags and when asked for names later on, I was told they don't know the names of their co-workers. Really???So now I tried to place my order. I usually get a special order which I know they can do because I had previously contacted customer care and they emailed me back with step-by-step instructions on how to make the order and ring it up on the register since this sandwich is no longer on their menu unfortunately. Customer care suggested for me to hang on to the receipt so it's easier for them to see how to ring it up which I did.I usually get a chicken Caesar salad sandwich on my bread of choice.First, they told me they can't do it. They wouldn't even acknowledge the email I had from customer care or the receipt which shows I placed the same order about a month ago. Then I was told they don't have the ingredients for it. So I said then you better take the chicken Caesar salad off your menu as that's misleading to your customers. They said, why, we still sell the salad. Well then it's the same ingredients from the salad just on our bread of choice. Not sure what's so difficult about that.I asked to speak to the manager and "Jason" refused to come over to speak to us but instead he walked by several times smirking at us.Panera Bread lost 3 customers as me, my mom and my sister were all going to place the same order.Extremely disappointed.

I'm giving this score because I purchased a cinnamon bagel, blueberry bagel and oatmeal this morning. I had two problems and cannot get the store on the phone. I have been calling for an hour straight and the phone rings out ( no answering service)and there were 6 people working in there this morning. The cinnamon crunch bagel had an onion taste to it and the oatmeal had way too much milk/cream something. It was more like baby food (mushy) . If someone from corporate could please reach out to me it would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic. Food was available fairly quickly, staff were awesome, it wasn't too busy (yet). Minor gripe, though: Panera Bread seems to be lacking in salad dressing options, especially with regards to classic dressing options that lack any sweeteners.

Jan. 2022. NONE of the employees wore a mask. At 10:30 am the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in days. Takeout order was ready very quickly and well prepared.

Ate here for dinner. They said there were no more flat breads. I saw them behind the counter. Made me feelLike they just didn’t want to do it. Poor customer service.

Toasted BBQ chicken sandwich what is delicious the crunchy onions the chick in the barbecue sauce and the way the bread was toasted to perfection. This place never fails me

Awesome experience at this place. The food is made fresh and the customer service is incredible.Best Panera food I had. They were out of Chocolate Croissant I ordered. So they gave me Croissant and Chocolate chips. Pretty good. Thanks so much.

Panera location is now putting lunch meat on their sandwiches. Instead of actual roast turkey slices as advertised it's now cheap imitation turkey lunch meat. Below are 3 of their own marketing pics and the sandwich I was just given. Disgusting. If they've changed their menu they need to update their website. If it's the franchisee at this location being cheap then they need to tell customers what they're getting.

Consistently great food and service at all locations that I have gone to.
