Horrible service. I walked in around 8:30 am, there was one person in front of me we waited 15 minutes before we where even greeted by anyone. The staff was in site arguing about who was tasked to do what and didn't seem to care there were customers. When I did get to the register I asked if there were any souffle and he said they hadn't been cooked yet and would take 20 minutes, I tried to order from the breakfast menu but he insisted everything would take 20 minutes or more. At this point point me and my young child had been waiting almost 30 minutes just to order because of a staff disagreement. I decided not to order because I'm sure it would not be right. I was really disappointed and my 2 year old was in tears because he had his mind set on something and patiently waited only to be disappointed.

Absolutely frustrated with my experience here. I ordered online and showed up right as I got a confirmation email saying my order was ready. I didn't see it on the shelf so I asked two employees and the first said it would be coming out shortly. The second who confirmed my order was on the list said the same thing. So I waiteda total of a half hour. I finally asked the shift manager why my order wasn't out and she said that the order went to a different Panera. If that was the case, why didn't the other employees tell me that before confirming my order was still being made? Mistakes happen and I understand that but don't lie to my face and tell me you looked up my order when you didn't. Extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible experience. In general Panera is overpriced as it is $16 for a grilled cheese and some tomato soup…. Not only that they were out of everything for multiple costumers, delaying my order and other people. Forty minutes….. that’s right forty minute wait for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. They at-least had a friendly staff.

The food at this Panera was so fresh and tasty. I'm a big Panera fan but this is one of the best I've eaten in to date.

Bro what’s going on with Panera. I’ve never had issues and lately it’s all issues. Salads without the toppings that come on it, skimped out on things I paid extra for, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich that has no egg on it? Idk man. If you’re out, say you’re out so I don’t order something.

I tried this location for the first time today. Always go to the Holcomb Bridge location. (Holcomb Bridge location is great btw. If anything ever goes wrong, they always seem to try to help/make it right.) Could tell they were busy because there was no Curbside response. Went inside to grab my food instead. When I asked about the order they handed me the food promptly, but passed over a smoothie with what looked like a quarter of the smoothie on the outside of the container. (Wasn’t filled and smoothie was all over top and sides.) Instead of asking them to exchange it right when I saw it, I started wiping it off myself. After a few moments, I just asked for a proper container. The team member grabbed it back and instead said “Well, I’ll just wipe it off then.” As if I should have just cleaned it instead of wanting my smoothie inside of my cup which most people pay for. Barbecue Chicken Sandwich was also dry and more of a plain chicken sandwich. If I hadn’t driven out of my way, I wouldn’t have bothered to complain, but I was definitely disappointed. This location may be too busy to provide quality food and customer service.

For being open when Starbucks was closed and switching out my bread to something healthier :)

The quality has gone way down and unfortunately the order fulfillment is typically wrong is one way or another. Also more often than not I can't order any expresso drinks for some reason.

I’ve been going to this location for years and in the last couple of months the level of service and quality of food has drastically changed. I’m sure the pandemic had something to do with it, but I’m done giving a pass because of it. This location is constantly out of menu items and just look at the portion size for a breakfast sandwich. It looks like they took a slice of sourdough bread and cut it in half to make the sandwich, whereas my wife got a ciabatta breakfast sandwich and it’s like twice the size. If you like gamble then go to this location because you never know what level of service or quality of food you’re going to get.
