This Panera used to be awesome now it’s horrible. Everything about it is horrible. There used to be an older lady who was the manager and the food was great and the staff was so nice. I don’t know who runs this place now but I wont ever be back. I got a flatbread pizza and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. The staff is rude and the place is dirty. It just went downhill it’s really sad. Save your money and go to a different Panera or somewhere else.
I ordered 1/2 Chicken Chipotle Avocado melt, 1/2 salad, and selected chips as my side from this location. With all that is going on, I gave 15% tips even though that was a mobile order. The sandwich was spoiled and smell disgusting, and the chip was missing. I took it back to the store and told the manager about the spoiled sandwich and missing chips and insisted to get the refund for the sandwich. I had a few bad experience Panera Bread at this location before, but I always thought it's a difficult time and people make mistakes sometimes. But, today, I had enough as I have given it plenty of opportunities to make things right!!! Poor quality needs to be improved, and mistakes need to be corrected. Doing nothing is not acceptable. No more Panera Bread at this location ever. This is absolutely not acceptable!!!!
Loved the service that Ashaneyia gave us. She made us feel very welcomed, took our order in a good pace, I didn’t feel rushed, and with a big smile and positivity. Will definitely come back.
The inside of Panera was very clean the only thing that I have an issue with is when the young lady was making my breakfast she kept touching her own clothes with the gloves she would change them but I was staring at her and I was wondering if I wasn't there which she would have changed her gloves and being in the food industry and having past Safe Serve a lot can be transferred from someone's own clothing to food so what I would not go back again just for that simple fact
This store is worthless. Every single time I order something online from them they wait until I get to the store to tell me that its not ready and the wait for one small thing will be 25 minutes... Which is already about 20 minutes after I placed the order. I don't understand how they never have anything ready but advertise online that it is ready.The male manager i interacted with today is useless... Did not care that the order wasn't ready, no apology, he simply said he would cancel the order. This guy needs serious work in customer service. I canceled my Panera subscription because of this store. What's the point of having a subscription if you can never get anything you ordered?! And to be clear, my order wasn't ready because of food shortages, they simply just didn't have it ready. 45 minutes total for a souffle??? Get some real managers in there please.
This particular location always gets my order wrong and somehow the food is always cold. I can't even waste anymore of my time or money at this Panera.
I have given this Panera a few chances and every time has been worse than the last. The customer service is terrible the employees act like you’re bothering them, if you’re lucky enough for them to acknowledge your presence at all. My bagel was literally thrown into the bag with all of the other food not wrapped individually at all. I have let everyone from our office know that we will be meeting at the Starbucks down the road from now on.
This particular location is great! I have a heavily modified coffee order that I get semi regularly and its always done right. The baked egg souffles are my favorite and I really miss the ham and swiss version but all the rest are really good. But this location is great, awesome service decent food.
Overall, it was a good visit for pickup but my to go order was missing one item. Had to return in heavy traffic for that missing item.
Very disappointed! We got a pick up order today from this location. Where to begin? Our Chipotle Avocado Melt Sandwich didn't have any peppers or cilantro. Toasted Steak&White Cheddar sandwich was missing red onions. Our Southwest Chile Ranch salad had like 3 leaves of arugula (the rest was a romaine lettuce), and a very little of feta cheese. If you're out of some ingredients, stop selling that product, or at least let your customers know. I would like to get what I paid for, and not a food that missing a lot of ingredients. The next time we will think twice before ordering from Panera!
