Our food was great. Good portions. I can only say that the lady behind the register raised her voice several times during our stay which caught my attention as rude and she hasn’t apologized either. I already noticed her conduct when we ordered our drinks. She was straight frank telling us, “no drinks for children” as my husband was trying to point the beverage area. Didn’t even say sorry — which is basic customer service in a food industry. I did notice that the servers greeted us welcome. Management, this is something you just need to look into. When the cashier started to raise her voice, the other employees stopped to look at her too.
If I could give you a negative zero I would. I returned their food and they are stating that it takes 5 days to get a refund. Never have I heard of such a thing. Terrible customer service at it highest. Never purchase anything at this location. Food was not fresh. Worst Panda, I have ever visit.
We pick up food from this location every few weeks. The staff is very friendly, food is always freshly cooked and yummy. Their restaurant is spotless! It's a great restaurant for a quick dinner or lunch if you are craving Chinese food. Yum! We will be back!

Portions used to be good but has gotten small over the last few months. Workers are pushy and kind of rude. Would definitely be at the pleasant hill location if you they were open.
A simple request for chili sauce that gets ignored is enough to avoid this location. The locations on Pleasant Hill Rd. and on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd are worth the drive there. You don’t have to wait for food to be cooked and you get the items you ask for. Avoid this location on Peachtree Industrial Blvd.

Bad customer service!!! The old lady at the cash register was very very very rude!!! Drive through to get food, but have to wait for one food cook. The guy asked to park in front,they would bring food out. I waited for 23 minutes and walked in to check. They just left my food at the register. And the old lady at the register was so so so rude.
