I had a great experience here for my first time having hotpot again after 3 years. There were a lot of food on the revolving, there were fish, clamps, noodles, meatball, fish cakes, etc. all were really good but I especially liked the dumplings.They also had a sauce station with many sauce options. You would want to add some sauces to your hotpot for more flavor! It's 28.99 per person for 90 minutes which I think is pretty fair.The only thing is that there was a old food smell on 1 of the aisle when I went to the bathroom. The food were great but not very memorable. And service was okay.
I've seen the reviews. I questioned the service too. Regarding ONE particular female server, my friend and I were amazed at how polite, attentive, and delightful she was. If she's working, I PROMISE you: the service won't be what the bad reviews concerned about.**Anyone else though? I can't vouch for them.**I Luckily didn't have service that I've seen about rude staff & being micromanaged at an AYCE establishment. I'm not dismissing any of the reviews' concerns. However, my ONE and only experience in terms of service was surprisingly 5 stars worthy.Food-wise? It's not bad. I wouldn't recommend the Tom Yum broth, but otherwise, it was an Okay experience. The variety was surprisingly vast, including Fish Maw (if im not mistaken), Squid Fish Ball, and Tofu Skin.If you want to give it a shot, I'm not going to dissuade you from it, but I just hope you get the server I did.
I have had fondue many times, but never tried Hot Pot. Today was my first time here or anywhere for Hot Pot, and this place was excellent. The selection was great and the sauce bar had great flavor enhancers. The service was very good.
Servers were friendly and attentive! Great selection of hot pot goodies; overall a pleasant experience. If you can’t handle spice too well never order the spicy broth ?
This place is amazing its so sad to see all the reviews that's a they were not created and had terrible service because not only was my service great but the staff was friendly all around. I got the spicy hot pot and I eat a lot so I was so excited I had sake I also had it jasmine tea. Overall the experience was great I brought six of my coworkers and they love the new experience I heard you to try it out be open and make sure you pick up a sauce or two to dip your items in and for your soup that's what adds flavor, remember it's soup that you make so if you don't like your food it's because of you LOL.
Group of 4 came for lunch at 2:15. The server said we had 1hour and a half to eat. It should be 3:45 but they gave us bill when we didn't finish our meal at 3:10 and said :" thank u so much". Bad service. Rude attitude. Scared of bringing food for customer. Force customer to finish their meal to save food. Seafood ( shrimp and fish) was not fresh because kept in line long time. never come back
Not sure why this place get all the one star. The food is great compared to all the other local hot pot. The staff is pretty nice. The staff ran after me to give back my hat when I forgot it. This is my to go place for all you can eat hot pot.
Walked in at 8:55 and instantly was told that they were closed. Not even a hello or anything instantly" WE'RE CLOSED !". When I say instantly i mean the second I took a step past the door before i even saw the lady sitting there. I mean I woud understand if i came in at 9:30 that they would say that but I came in a whole hour before they close. Simply will not come again for their rude attitude towards business. Here's a picture of me at POTPOT (after i ate everything) they have better service, cheaper, and actually care about their customers. Finished eating before 10 too.
This place is amazing. I eat here quite a bit. In fact whenever I walk in they greet me and my family with big smiles. Staff is extremely friendly and owner always says hi. I am confused why there are negative reviews here. Its 28 dollars all you can eat. You can either order from the menu or take food from the conveyor belt. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you from this place. People will complain no matter what. Just look at everyone thats complaining about biden, where were they when they got those stimulus checks?!! got emm
This place had false advertisement at the store banner, it attracted me when I browsed the Asian shopping strip. i ordered the only thing that was available on the menu, which was "all you can eat". The food didn't have anything depicted on the front store banner as depicted in the attached picture.When confronted the store manager and staffs, they said sorry and will take the banner off. WTHDon't just walk in an expect what you would get as advertised.
