Have gone to this place since they opened and they have almost always been exceptional. Even after I moved far away, I still go back whenever in the area. And after 10 price increases and 15 furniture changes and redecoration (totally pointless and wasteful, sorry). my favorite is the pho with meatballs, the broth is usually perfect and greasy in a good way. the basil and sides are always ample and fresh, not wilted and brown like some other places. i have had some of the pho with tripe and tendons and usually like those, but almost choked on one last time cause they are hard to chew - so careful with that. love the fruit teas with real fruit. Recently, I have noticed either short staff by choice or by management - so service and attentiveness has dropped off and sometimes have to wait forever to get your bill. but i mean if you look carefully, they are pretty much always running around always doing something, whether filling a delivery order, or bussing and it looks exhausting, so I don't fault them for that. i mean how about trading all those redecorating bills and put in a self pay kiosk system like Olive Garden has, or pay by app like Cracker Barrel? Just a thought and probably cheaper and more reliable than hiring more humans over time.

I Hardly! Hardly! I repeat Hardly ever leave a review on a restaurant. Either good or bad I don’t leave a review. Today though? I must!I never ate here before but I know I will never eat here again. The menu looked nice but the food was atrociously gross. I’m not usually want to first so I didn’t ask for my money back ($21).I took three bites of my food and couldn’t eat anymore. I left and threw up immediately after.I apologize to the owners of this place, but I’ve never had such a bad experience with food.

The original Super Pho before it became the New Super Pho had great broth and service. I just ordered some Pho from the New Super Pho and waited for my order. The Pho soup has a lot of msg because you can tasted it after you let the soup cool down and your tongue is dry after you eat it.

I really enjoy this place. It's really spacious and has a decent menu. I haven't tried anything but the pho which is very tasty. I only took off one star because the service can be kinda scattered..I have eaten there atleast 3 times and each time I could have walked out and left without paying because no one was paying attention. I had to ask for my bill. But other than that this place is great

So the last ,, multiple times I ordered pho here, the size has been getting smaller and smaller..I ordered a Large, and this is how much they give you. It may be equivalent to a size small pho. Paying $11-$12 for this amount? No thank you.

Tried bum bo hue for the first time here and it was pretty good! The pho broth was decent and stayed hotter than normal which I appreciated. The banh mi tho was lackluster tho. I wish they were more generous with the ham and the other fillings too. But the bread was nicely tasted. The place was really busy when we went which was nice to see!

Love coming here because they stay open late. We sometimes work late and after a tiring day, we want a hot bowl of Pho. Nothing is more fulfilling than eating Pho on a cold day too. Besides good Pho, We like the Sizzling beef dish here, rice dish with grilled pork, and sea food crispy noodles. Banh mi is also one of our favorites. The tea drinks can be a bit pricey but they're not too bad to try.

Awkward joint. The staff has no customer awareness. Meaning, they have absolutely no idea how to manage their time nor how to pay attention to customers. Managing restaurants isn't rocket science. ?Cheers to the chefs though. The food is decent.

Their cơm tấm sườn bì chả (broken rice dish with grilled pork chop, pork loaf and pork skin) is literally so addicting, the best in town I would say. I’ve had it 7 days in a row and still love it. Their pork is seasoned very well. The fish sauce is the spirit of the dish and they never let me down. Most of the times I place an online order through the website and just come and pick it up. My tip is that even though it says the pickup time is more than 40 mins, it’s usually ready in 20-30 mins. I dine in sometimes too. At night it gets pretty busy and service may be a little bit slower because it’s the only Vietnamese restaurant that’s open late. But it’s spacious and clean and bright so I couldn’t ask for more. Some other signature dishes I’ve tried include bò né (sizzling beef), bún bò (spicy noodles soup) and they are all flavorful. I’ve been going to this restaurant for quite a while and I would say their food is really improved and a lot better than it was before. Good job and please support your local restaurant!Update: Decided to take off 1 star due to a few experiences I have had recently.First, there was a time I dined in. The restaurant seemed to be busy and understaffed, which I understood. However, we had to repeatedly ask for water and utensils but it still took like 10 mins for the water to come out, even after the food had been served.I still support this restaurant as I always have, but I have been ordering take-outs more often. I went inside to pick up my order and politely informed the staff that I was there to pick up my food. But one of them had a very rude attitude thinking that I was rushing him to give me order. He told me to wait and ignored me. Thankfully, another staff noticed me and gave me my order. But the second time of picking up my food was no better.Personally, I’m a Vietnamese myself so it’s not questionable for such an attitude. But for a business in the U.S., that wouldn’t be something that a customer would want to get. Other than that, the food is still great.

I've been here a few times for lunch and it was really good. I came back today just to order the Vietnamese iced coffee to go. I got half a cup of coffee and then the person who took my order scan my card, didn't give it let me sign. When I asked about my signature, he had already selected his own tip. The coffee was about $5 but the total shown for my signatures was over $6. This is not much, and I would have tipped as well but was unethical for him to select his own tip and then not let me sign for my transaction.
