Bad customer service.unprofessional staff specially a lady working there very rude with customers and unprofessionally handled upfront register.They loss my business.
Very delicious food,everything was so good and fresh.
I placed my order around 7:20 pm and and I got the message that your order will be ready between 7:40 to 7:55. When I reached at the restaurant they closed and said we didn’t received your order. This is so ridiculous and the people worked over there they said owner don’t want to change the timings board.
Every time I give this place another chance I'm reminded why I took a hiatus. Food is fine if they get it right but believe the other reviews when you read they're rude. Gave my order. He repeated it back to me at Micromachine dude speed and when I just confirmed bc I literally only heard part 1 of the order he goes "Yeah, that's what I just said!" My response was "I can't understand you dude, you talk super fast". Didn't ask for a name for an order, didn't tell me how long, no total.
Absolutely would not recommend based on customer service. Food was subpar and to top things off I was screamed at and hung up on by an employee for no reason. The owner dismissed my claims and didn’t care at all, so I thought I’d leave a review.
I live near the Indian Trail Murray's but drove all the way to this location because it's 100 times better! Reminds me of how the old Murray's near me used to taste like growing up!
I ordered a pizza from here as no place was open due to bad weather. This was not a good decision. Pizza was SO bad!!!!! Trust me, don't order pizza or breadsticks. Breadsticks aren't bread at all rather deap fried baklava. Unbelievably bad. Run for the hills.

This used to be a great place best pizza in the area then idk my last 5 orders from here keep getting jacked up how hard is it to not put bacon mushrooms or onions on my pizza I specifically order my pizza without these things and every time one of the three if not all three seem to still end up on my food. Either they’re illiterate or they stop caring about there service, either way they lost a customer of 10 years today.
I ordered pizza and it was never delivered. Waited 15 minutes past latest expected delivery time before I called. The staff...assuming the manager said it had already been picked up. When I explained again that I had not received my pizza he said it was not their responsibility and that I would have to call the delivery company.He was very rude and refused to do anything to help. No offer to send pizza again, no offer to reverse the charge, no offer to do anything to make this right. He hung up on me. I called back and he left the phone off the hook.Absolutely the worst service and an unbelievable lack of caring and responsibility I have ever seen.Too bad, this a a local business and I would really like to do business with them. Unfortunately that will not happen.
