In the middle of a pandemic, when my wife is immunocompromised, we called to ask if they would do curbside pickup. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and snotty, and she hung up before we even had a chance to say anything back to her. If that is the way they treat their customers, it doesn't matter how good their food is. We will not be eating there.
I will NEVER understand why MOE'S SOUTHWEST GRILL certain locations are horrible.I patronized this location on SUNDAY. Please explain to me why I could actually count the pieces of chicken in my Nachos and when I requested sour cream, it was one TABLESPOON.If you want to repeat customers, you need to make certain you give the customer what they pay for. $10.00 for nachos is not cheap, especially, when you fill the BOWL with beans and lettuce.POOR VALUE! I will never return.
I have never been discriminated against until I visited this location. (HERE'S WHY) I placed a pickup order via the app walked in to get the order as it was ready, told the cashier my name number and what was ordered. While we are talking she cuts me off and say I need to see your order. I run back to the car to get my phone to show her. In that time another customer walks over and grab her food and walks away. I asked why didn't she have to show her order she didn't answer. I guess because I am a Black Man I needed to prove my order but yet the other customer who was white didn't have to do that. In this day in time people need to be cautious because you never know who you could offend trust and believe Moe's will never get a dime of my money again.
Food is very good. However the staff is not very friendly. Customers were talking about them in the line. They need sensitivity training. If you go there, don't expect good customer service, get your food be quiet and get the hell out of there. I'm not going back.
I used to eat here but the food this time wasn't fresh at all or appealing. The chips was too thin and not fulfilling. The dining room tables were all dirty and the staff seem to be helping their self to eat anything they want. There was no customers so the staff was just standing around.
whoa, this place has had some bad reviews as of late. I'm willing to give four stars however, I've only had like one bad experience here, about of twenty or so. In fact, they've been notably very very nice on a couple of those times.
This is my partner and I 5th time here. They...every lady I've met here doesn't listen. I can order, they start and ask me to confirm and I do, then they ask me again. They don't have promotional items available, never welcomed. If you dare try and communicate an issue, they act like they don't speak English. Don't bother adding anything, they don't listen but ask 3 times. side door was locked and 3 customers walked away. We won't be back.
Customer service here is TRASH! They treated me as if I was doing them a favor buying their below average quality food. Do yourselves a favor, go two miles or so up the road to another Moe’s and forget this place.
Listen to the reviews. I was one of the customers who read it before going and still went thinking it would be a good experience. Came in super nice to the Mexican lady . And she was just RUDE. I asked for a Home wrecker burrito no Guacamole. And her response was.. “so you just want a burrito” i said no the home wrecker without quac .. and argues with me “that’s just a burrito… the home wrecker comes with quac” stop being difficult whatever the home wrecker comes with is what i want . She’s got to go… very unprofessional .. will drive 16 minutes to a different location
I have gone to this Moe's a few times. It's not my favorite because they are stingy with the toppings and even though every other moe's has a military discount for some reason this location does not. And I love moe's and I have been going to them for years but this location I would not recommend it.
