On Sunday we went to Moe's with our three kids for the sole reason of getting "kids eat free" promotion. When we get to register, I ask about the promotion and the guy working says it's not a current promotion & was limited promotion that ended. Okay, maybe I made a mistake. I sit down and check my phone and find a recent email I got from Moe's promoting kids eat free at this location and also see it as an active promotion on their store website. I go to the counter to let the guy know and he gets his manager. Manager says he doesn't know anything about it and that the computer will automatically apply the promotion if it is active. I show him Moe's website and he shrugs and says he will need to call corporate. Since we ended up spending double what we were expecting we were super frustrated. We literally came here for the promotion and if we had to choose again we should would have gone to Zoe's or Chipotle down PIB for the same amount of money.Our toddler dropped his food on the ground and we cleaned everything as well as we could - we cleaned the entire table but there were obviously some chip crumbs under our booth. As we were leaving a worker came up and condescendingly yelled across the restaurant to the other person working "We need a broom over here" while my wife was getting our kids coats on and had an attitude like it was an issue. I was appalled cause I even left a 20% tip after not getting the kids promotion.I get we are living in a pandemic. It is extremely hard to work in the food service industry combined with labor costs, supply issues, etc. But at this point it is pretty comical and solidifies we will not be back here.In the past it's never been this bad, but it's never been a pleasant experience here. I would recommend finding another place to go unless you are getting a burrito to go.
Just do a simple Google search on this locations health score. Until they turn this location around, will never eat here.
Dang it! I liked this location. Wont be going back after a 65 score.
Very disappointed with the customer service. The cashier was extremely rude. When I tried to scan the moe’s app for rewards he said “it will be on the receipt. You can do that at your own time.” There was only one other person in line who heard this and expressed how rude it was and left without getting food.
I love Moe's but this location does not allow ypu to serve your own salsa and will not give you more than two small Packets of salsa for your chips.
This place is nasty as hell They dont clean the drink machine the salsa bar and the floor is nasty The employees dont even wear a mask to serve you If you dont get COVID some.parasitic infection you will get for sure
Today, (9/22), I ate a delish chicken club, and had a good conversation with the friendly manager and staff. Thank you guys for the good vibes. :D
They’re lucky by force we have to give STARS BUT MAN THEYRE SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE AT THE CUSTOMERS, I don’t RECOMMEND THIS MOES TO ANYONE AND THEYRE MESSED UP AND THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE JESUS HELP THIS PLACE OR SHUT IT DOWN
BEWARE of this Moe’s location, this got to be the worst Moe’s location period. I’m not exactly sure why this location is still open. The manager is so rude, no customer service skills, zero personality, make customers feel uncomfortable and not welcome. Somehow he thinks the customers are his employees. During my last visit, he tried to rush the customers. When questioned him about the unprofessional behavior he got defensive and disrespectful. Food are below average, hard crusty and stale rice, cold beans and the vegetables are not even fresh. I will NEVER return to that location again. Just know you lose a frequent customer and everyone else from my company won’t be going back either. Stay away!
