Terrible experience. We ordered a Curbside mobile order and went through the driveway to pick it up. From the speaker, they said to go to the SECOND window. We did exactly that and went to the second window and then they told us that we should have stopped at the first window. They told us we should go back around and wait all over again to go back to the window. They even suggested we get out of our car and walk there. Super rude employees and terrible service. We are never going back to this location.
The fries were not fresh, tasted funny like the oil was old. The nuggets were indeed old and chewy in both my meal and my daughters. I'm sure they've been sitting for a WHILE.. do yourself a favor and go to the one off Peachtree Industrial..i get its McDonald's but hot food should be AT LEAST a standard ??♀️ ijs.. Will NOT be returning and I WISH I could get my money back.Edit: I took it back for a refund. The manager was annoyed and irritated like I made the food. No responsibility taken only looked in my bag and saw I forgot the juice (REALLY??). Not even an apology until I stood there awkwardly and looked at her as she handed me my refund receipt without even looking. I get it we are ALL tired and the public can be A-hole sometimes... But we still have to do our jobs and apart of your job is customer service.. But I was nothing but nice and courteous and still smiling behind my mask.. Geesh..
This store is supposed to be open 24 hours a day and it's not. It's 3:28 a.m. Fri morning. Just got back into town wanted something to eat and this McDonald's of course is closed even tho they have employees in the store right now. I see this location for it all the time. Like the manager shuts down the store when they feel like it.
Im not looking for 100% expectation from all fast food place but if you guys made a mistake atleast say sorry. Order burger on drive thru and came home. After first bite i chew something weird.So i looked at burger and found a piece paper glued to meat. I took this back to mcdonald and first thing they told me receipt?. And also lady tells me refund or make a new one. Wow no apologize at all
Fast curbside service, very friendly person who walked the order out, mostly great. The chicken nuggets were so dark, not burnt but had the taste of old oil - they need to change the deep fryer oil out.

Ordered fish filet with tartar and cheese on the side and still didn't get a fresh hot fillet it was barely room temperature. The fries were hot though and delicious so there's a point.
It's hit or miss with this place. I got food poisoning from under cooked quarter pounder meat 6mos ago. Some times it's fresh sometimes it's not. Really don't go here too much any more. Go to BK or the other McDs up pleasant hill
Love their food and always reliable. Fast service based on what others are experiencing at other fast food places due to staffing issues. They're the best
My experience in this Mcdonals location is always a nightmare. I Order on the app and I picked up my order and the lady that was giving out the orders gave me one burger and my Order I had Order 5 burgers in total. She was rude and told me that that was what I Order. I showed her my receipt and she told me that that was my order. I told her that that was wrong because I Order meals. The she when back and look and she said she had the wrong ticket. Then she gave me 4 burgers and I was missing one. I told her again and she was rude to say I was wrong again. Really!!! I have it on my app and I was charged I showed her and she was having a bad attitude and screaming at us if we where doing something wrong but it was not our fault and she went back and gave us our fries(she didn't gave them at the first place)and the last burger. Also Last week I placed my order and I did pay for 4 burgers (meals) at that time and I only got 3 . We did not go back because we live 15 minutes away.So if you decide to go there check your order and see if they give you what you order.I won't recommend this location at all .The lady was an Asian looking but she is the one the gives the food orders. This happened at night around 7:00pm . I didn't looked for ther name because we just wanted to leave . Because she was being very loud and she scream at us when we left. She was like merry Christmas and happy new year but in a angry way.Won't be back.
