No receipt, doesnt know what i ordered, deosnt speak English, was trying to give me a $54 order for the $3.70 order i paid for. Where do you get these people? At least hire someone that speaks English to take orders or give us a touch screen. I remember McDonald's used to give you a refund if no receipt provided. They told me they dont have paper how is it my fault you arent prepared as a business? Also she printed out that $54 receipt and handed it to me so out of paper is a lie. Biggest part is the argument and i dont even know what they are saying pay for them to take an English class man this is America the common language is English
This McDonald's location never gers my order correct. I order. Get my food. Then have to go back around to get my correct order. I despise going to this location.
So I pull up and I'm asked to move into the parking space while they finish making the frys.. this is where I normally have them give me my money back and leave, especially since there was only 1 car behind me, but the guy was nice and my wife wants McDonald's so I pull over and wait. Unfortunately, the frys that came out were NOT fresh and we only got 1 of 2 orders. I get home to find out that, the bear claw I ordered was replaced by 2 brick hard chocolate chip cookies I didn't want, and both orders of chicken nuggets were stale AND over cooked...Worst McDonald's food ever! I want my $32.19 back!
This McDonald's is probably one of the worst I have been to. I usually go just because my kids ask McDonald's and it's not far from my house. This area is too nice to have such a lack of professionalism. 9/10 times I go, they forget something. The last visit a few days ago, they forgot the apple slices and chocolate milks for both of the happy meals. It was shortly before close...so I went back about 10 min later and the kid who gave me the order came to the window. I told him he had forgotten half of the order. He said sorry, we're closed...there is nothing he can do. So I said..look man, I paid for this and you're not going to correct it? He said again, there was nothing he could do, told me to go on the app and request a refund and slammed the window in my face and went to cleaning the floor. So, I circled back around and he saw me and hid in the back. Then his co-worker, who took the order over the intercom , came and was very professional. He simply asked if I would like him to get the chocolate milks and the apple slices, I said yes, and he went and grabbed them from the fridge and simply gave them to me. I told him his co-worker needed to be fired and he was very unprofessional. Ia still trying to reach the manager Maria. I might just go up there. I normally wouldn't press it, but that kid needs to go. Unacceptable
Arrived and found dining room locked . . .1 - Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes2 - Half the menu sign was dark ( at night ) due to burned out lights3 - No one answered at the speaker intercom. Even after I said hello 3 different times4 - Drove up to the window to place order.Saw 2 employees. Neither one ever came up to the window.5 - Went to 2nd window. Same thing.6 - Drove off after spending 20 minutes with NO service or even a greeting.7 - NO WAY would I ever feel comfortable eating at THIS location .
The employees at this McDonald's are not kind or considerate and they constantly get your order wrong.They had A-line waiting half an hour in a snow storm just to tell us they were closedThe fries are constantly undercooked and soaking with grease.I can not recommend this McDonald's at this time.They need to clean up their act.Maybe new management would help.
If you want good service please do not go after 5 PM. All the workers there are young and they don't have great customer service at all.. The other week I went through drive-through 3 times because they messed up my order. Then they gave me a sandwich that supposed to be a Krispy chicken sandwich but it was so soaked with oil till it was ridiculous. No one said I'm sorry we messed up your order can we switch it for something else none of that .
Arrived at drive through no answer waited 15 minutes the. Blue car in front of me was waiting also they pulled off.pulled up to first window place and payed for the order every thing after that was excellent.
Asked for a bag with the handles but was refused….. other than that, a good mcdonalds.
This location is always slow but today it took 14 minutes for a Big Mac and tea. I ordered the meal and when I didn't see the fries they said I didn't order them. Other customers saw the entire thing and said to talk to the manager but I didn't have any time to wait. Won't be back to this location!
