Really good ice cream, I loved the Maiko Special! The staff were very friendly as well. I am sad they discontinued the raindrop cake though, I really wanted to try it. Other than that though, I'd totally recommend!

I love the chain here in GA that tried new flavors every month. Their standard matcha soft serve is really good and they sell pints as well.Purely food based review:Matcha Strawberry Latte - Pretty decent drink if you prefer it over ice cream! Slightly bitter then sweet and their serving size is nice. You can ask for less ice.Limited edition Mango Sticky Rice Soft Serve - One of the new flavors they've tried. I'd say it's more pineapple than mango flavor but sticky rice is good and they have some fresh mango slices in there.

I have been to three other Matcha Cafe Maikos but this one was the far worst. The staff was not attentive and very busy drinking his own matcha drink. He kept telling me to wait to place an order while there wasn't anybody ahead of me.The soft serve ice cream i got was nice in flavor wise but disappointing in portion wise. The cafe itself wasn't very clean or spacious.

Love this place! Tried the mango sticky rice sundae and love all the different textures.Only issue was staff was super unfriendly today. Granted we came here alittle near closing, they were very unhappy and not the friendliest. There was much eye rolling . Not the usual welcome I get from this place but I still like it though.Would have given a 5 star but the customer service was not good today.

There is plenty of parking right by the store. It’s in the same plaza as Ming’s BBQ.Many delicious frozen and cold treats to choose from! As well as other dessert items like cakes and savory items.Indoor and outdoor seating area available but limited. So make sure you get there early if you are planning on studying/working there for a bit!Vanilla soft serve - not too sweet and you get so much ice cream too! Was able to steal a few bites before my kid finished it all!Matcha Latte: very authentic tasting (if you are used to more sweeten matcha then this might not be the one for you), the jelly also had great texture.Picked up two cakes to enjoy at home. Both were really good, if you enjoy more sweet, I would recommend the ube flavor. Now is the perfect weather to go check it out.

If you love Japanese dessert or Asian flavors, this is definitely the spot for you. It’s a cute spot with lots of different types of desserts in Asian flavors like Matcha, Taro, and much more. Everything I have tried so far was good and they seemed fresh. They had this cute campaign with special cookies and drinks during the whole Squid game obsession that took the world by storm. I have been going here for years and this will continue to be one of my go to spots for dessert in this area, this place is awesome !

The soft serve wasn't great in appearance- they served it tilted so it made it a little hard to enjoy since it was falling/melting uneven. The matcha was a bit powdery but the vanilla was amazing. The cone was also great. The photos make it look large. I didn't know toppings were an option until I read other reviews. I would attempt another location for better presentation. I would recommend this for a quick sweet stop.

Todo muy recomendado delicioso ?

Drinks are ok. Service is good. Crepe cake was alright to be honest had had better for same price. Ice cream was good that’s the only reason why I’m giving it four stars lol. The inside is cute worth checking out if you are into Asian culture. I’m going to come here to check more items out.

The cheesecake and rain drop cake were delicious. Friendly staff and good prices, as well as vegan options!
