Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m hard of hearing and apologized in advance, the lady helping me treated me like an annoyance. Didn’t tell me the fact that my order wasn’t in the system and I might be at the wrong store, instead let me wait for 30 minutes before I asked politely if she had my name right and offEred my order number showing her. She had the audacity to chew me out “I’ve told you over and over you don’t have an order in the system” I was stunned. At no point had she told me that unless she did so while not facing me which I obviously wouldn’t be able to hear. It was my fault I went to the wrong store but a simple ‘your order isn’t coming up is it possible you might be at the wrong store’ would have been immediately helpful.I apologized and left feeling shocked and humiliated that I had wasted that much time and treated so rudely. She should be ashamed and I would suggest some sensitivity training for disabled customers.I have reported this through the Marcos website which is a shame because I’ve never had an incident like this ever. I’m super shy and hate confrontation as well I’ve never taken the time to complain like this. Do better.

I need to give a shout-out to Deepa for going over and above to feed my students today! She pulled together seven pizzas at the last minute and had them ready even before she said. I really appreciate this kind of service!
I’ve been going to the Marcelo’s pizza on sugarloaf for years. I ordered 2 pizzas they only brought 1 and it was cold and charged me 25 . I called them and they didn’t care.
I had a mix up on pizza, and these guys changed it out no questions asked.This is one of the many reasons I only grab pizza from Marco’s - Sugarloaf (Duluth).
As we were arriving to our hotel late last night the owner himself was delivering for a guest. We asked him if we can place an order and he told us that was the last delivery of the night, we pretty much beg him! He was so gracious and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As a business owner ourselves it was really nice to have a positive experience. The pizza and wings were delicious! Keep up the good work and Thank you!
Excellent food and great customer service by RB, by far the best pizza place nearby me. I loved his calm attitude and He is amazing. They were super busy and he was calm throughout and paying attention to every guest. ??
