I've dreaded this location for years due to consistent customer service failures. They have two new employees that understand the power of just being nice to the customer and enjoying what you do. Michael Cho and Seulkie have given me the confidence to start ordering here on a regular basis again! Thank you both for the great service and generosity!
A couple of times the pizza I ordered from here were very good - they got the a full of toppings. But last couple of times, the topping quantities changed, just a little more than Costco pizza. This place management must be changed. No more ordering pizza from here.
The new Caucasian male working there deserves a round of applause. He was the only worker there, shocked at how enthusiastic he was to be there even though working alone. He was super extremely courteous to the people in front of me as well as me.. not to mention his tenacity/diligence to not make me and others wait.. this guy needs a RAISE/promotion!
I love Marcos pizza, but I absolutely hate going to this location! Out of the 3 times I’ve ordered from here I’ve had to wait over half an hour from when it was supposed to be ready every single time!!! I’m never coming back to this location. Marcos do better
Decent pizza but nothing special, most like Pappas John's pizza. They have hoagies/subs unlike traditional pizza only places but I would not go out of my way for the food. Little hectic inside and could benefit from some management of employees working the counter and kitchen. It was late Sunday night so you'll have to cut them some slack, I guess
Placed a order online at 7:40pm, said it would be delivered at 8:50pm. At 8:45pm checked online said order was still being prepped. Checked online again at 9:00pm and said order was canceled, I called them up at 9:04pm they immediately hung up on me, Called back and they said they are now closed, they are supposed to close at 11pm.
I was hungry after being stuck on a plane for hours decided to pick up carry out at Marco’s pizza. I ordered a pepperoni & old pepperoni pizza and a sausage & pepper pizza. There was a good amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. The crust was okay.
I ordered pizza around 11:00 AM and about an hour and a half later I receive a call from the manager asking if I could come pick my pizza up because they don’t have a driver. I asked if my pizza was ready and he said they haven’t made it yet! What?! A whole hour later! It’s crazy because I was craving Marcos and the managers customer service this morning was way past poor. Now I have to order from another Marco because I don’t feel safe eating at this location. Way to ruin my morning Marcos. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the way I’ve been treated as a customer over the years at this location. I don’t even write reviews but this has to stop! I get being short staffed but it’s the way you handle a customer in those situations. And the Worse Manager of the year award goes to the manager on duty 2/08/22. Congratulations! You’ve lost business!
It’s incredibly how bad is this customer services. Years buying here and now I called to place an order for more than $50 and they said I have to come. And of course there is not deal and promo when you come. Just online!!!! What a coincidence. Good for business, bad for customer experience. Never come back to this location.
I always get dissatisfied at this location, it's my third time and they never put sauce on my pizza, it's always dry and they cheese be hard. I am definitely not coming back to this location.
