Very good macaroons - probably the best I have had in Atlanta. The service is next to perfect. These people working here truly do care about their customers and giving the highest quality product. This place is a hidden gem - was very impressed by the macaroons. However, they should incorporate more items in their menu.Highly recommended overall - very satisfied with their products and service Mac Lab Bakery provides.

They're not flakey, not frozen, and not crunchy/dry. Usually, I lean towards baked flavors like Chocolate, Salted Caramel, etc. but I genuinely enjoyed the fruity options at Mac Lab more. The staff at Mac Lab go above and beyond for customer service! I ordered a box of macarons to be delivered to a friend on the west coast. When shipping delays became an issue, they were very prompt in addressing the situation and expedited an identical order to my recipient. I could not be more pleased! Plus, they've made amazing macarons for years and I will always refer my Atlanta friends to them.
The macarons and coffee here are AMAZING! Now you do pay a little more for them, but they top notch quality macarons and definitely worth the amount of money paid. The coffee is honestly some of the best I've had (sorry Starbucks your coffee is just sugar with a touch of coffee) and is genuinely great coffee. I've been here many times and will continue to go back.
Nice staff and cute shop, but there’s no reason a sandwich cookie should be so flat because there’s hardly any filling. Good cookie texture but flavors were barely notable, and the cookie shells itself were bland.
The place is beautiful and the staff is professional and friendly. I absolutely love the product packaging. However, the macs themselves were lacking. Every single macaron was filled with creme. How is that, when flavors offered include salted caramel, raspberry and strawberry? I was expecting real caramel and fruit flavors, but instead walked away with what appears to be artifical flavoring in the same creme used for all cookies. Very disappointing!
I just received my order and promptly consumed the absolute best macarons I’ve ever had—and I’ve had quite a few. It’s hard to find a good one and I’m still trying to master making my own but, without a doubt, these are my goal. I’m still shook over the way the outside was crisp while the inside was soft, and the cream was so moist and full of flavor, even after being shipped to Arkansas from Georgia! I will DEFINITELY be ordering more every chance I get until I can figure out how to make these at home … so, forever.
I got a gift of a 6 PC build a box from the Goody app. I chose Oreo, pistachio, blueberry, and salted caramel flavors. they're all SO tasty and so pretty too
I ordered online for Mother's Day. Mac Lab has done an exceptional job! The deliveries were very quick, and not a single macaron from the three orders I placed was broken in transit. The recipients said that they were incredibly fresh, tasty, and were absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Mac Lab and can't wait to visit soon!
