Celebrating grandsonâs birthday
Overall I was disappointed. For 200 dollars I expect an A+ meal. The worst was the salmon. The inside was fine. I ordered medium, the inside of the salmon was hot and moist - A. The outside look dark to black - so it didn't look appetizing. I could have sent it back but our waitress was scarce and it was a little wait on service so I started eating the salmon. Finally I had to stop, it was just too much burnt bread crumbs on the outside. I mentioned the issue the waitress and she did offer to replace it, but by then I was full and beside it would be a wait. By then my wife would be finished eating. So a D for the salmon. My wife had pasta which was fine. A B for that. The room was a little on the warm side. I guess they are trying to save money on AC, but it felt too warm for me. The wine was good - 95 dollars for a bottle of Duckhorn cabernet. The bread served initially was cold - D for that. When we sat down there was a strong smoky smell from something. They moved us to another table - A for that. The waitress was charming and explained the specials. She seemed to enjoy her job but she was a little scarce - A- for that. After we got moved the waitress was scarce. We didn't have water in our glasses for 15 minutes. My wife and I finally asked another waiter walking by with a water pitcher to serve us water. This was not the first time we ate here. Overall, for this visit, I was disappointed - in my salmon, the room being a little too warm and the somewhat slow service.
This was our first visit to Luciano's and we really enjoyed it. Our server Tianna was great and very attentive. The food was amazing from the appetizer, entree and dessert. The only draw back was the assistant servers who filled up water and ran the food. Our water was empty and they looked at us three times and passed us up with the water pitcher in their hand. Other than tht the experience was a good one and we will definitely be back.
Excellent service Our server was great. He was friendlly and very professional. We enjoyed our dining experience
Great dinner. My date had the Fish Soup (Zuppa del Mer?) and it was a giant bowl loaded with all kinds of seafood. She loved it. I had the pork chop with Marsala sauce which was super thick but so tender they didnât give me a steak knife. Didnât need one! Our server was sweet and very efficient. We didnât need to wait for anything. Oh, donât forget the veal meatball appetizer. Absolutely delicious!
Always loved Luciano's. Took guests there from Europe and while the food and service was awesome as expected, seeing cockroaches walking by on the walls as we ate was a definite never go there again vibe. Embarrassing.
The food was delicious, and I would give our server Tyanna 10 stars if I could. She is charming, knowledgeable, and completely delightful. Her recommendations were spot-on, from the wine to the coconut cake. Perfect
What a great place and food!! We will return often !
Food was fantastic, service was awesome. Great for date night
I have gone to Lucianoâs for many years and it is one of my favorite restaurants. Food is always wonderful. Had the salmon oreganata again last night and it was wonderful. We were happy to see the restaurant almost full again after the pandemic. Looking forward to returning very soon.
