Terrible service the side quantity was extremely small and was not worth it, nothing special with the chicken it was not seasoned at all. The bathroom was filthy looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months absolutely disgusting
This was our second time trying this place for fried chicken and again totally disappointed. We ordered 16 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Fried chicken was overcooked and burned and when we pulled out the chicken pieces, oil was dripping out. Mashed potatoes didn't have any seasoning and coleslaw was basically soggy garden salad mixed with mayo. We were hoping of something good since we heard good reviews about it and wanted to give it a second chance but I guess we won't be going back there again. Total waste of time and money.
The everything lacked seasoning. I was expecting something to taste close to Popeyes or even Bojangles. I will not try it again. The beans and rice were more beans than rice and the Mac and cheese was noodles and cheese.
This place is filthy. I have visited twice to see if I would have a different experience. Some of the tables had crumbs, dried food, dirty napkins, cups, and food containers left by previous customers. Additionally, the rest room was extremely unclean. The toilet had both urine and brown stains on the toilet seat. The sink had dark stains. No soap. If I could not wash my hands properly, how are the employees able to wash their hands? The floors were dirty. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Only one employee to take and prepare your order. Chicken and fries were cooked earlier and sitting under a warmer. I don’t know how they pass the food inspections. If you visit this location, check out the restroom before you place an order, you will most likely lose your appetite.
I wouldn't suggest the fish or onion rings. My onion rings were over cooked and basically just breading. Same with the fish, hardly any meat in the fish or any sauce. Maybe I should've gotten chicken.
Im a Cali native and grew up eating this Chicken one of my favorites in Cali so to have a little taste of home in Georgia was such a great treat. Not quite as good as our Cali base locations but close enough to enjoy!!!! The chicken and nuggets are my favorite and had a great taste but just not the perfection they have in Cali. I will continue to order from here because again just nice to have a taste of home.
Slow service and quality of the food was stale. The fries were obviously old and didn't have biscuits so they substituted it with a dinner roll hoping it would pass.Saw many other customers just waiting for 30-40 minutes at a time even if they ordered ahead.They need a new touch or more people working if they plan on staying in business.
I got there and no people in the place I tried to call anyone but no one in there I stayed about 15 minutes waiting for anyone to show up and then I left when I left I find one guy he was out side doing some mechanic job on his red Nissan car I think he is the one who works there. How I gonna trust him to make my food after he was working in his car .Not recommend at all
I ordered their food through door dash. I really like their food. Fresh and crispy fried chicken. Not dry at all. I’m glad that I found a place where I can eat halal fried chicken.
The new management is very friendly and make the chicken fresh! Amazing place to order fried chicken from and I order from them all the time for any parties or functions I have!
