I was rooting for this place because it was so close to home but disappointment after disappointment, I think I’ll take my business somewhere else. First occurrence was selling old greasy egg rolls to my 6 yr old (thank goodness they stop selling), second occurrence was selling me gooey yogurt (no wonder it was BOGO free), third occurrence is posted below; I’ll let you guys determine if the one and only peace of lobster I had in the sandwich was cook or not?
My partner and I drove out from the city to visit, and our first thought was that we were shocked by the fact that the most expensive sandwich being the lobster banh mi was just shy of $12. We were very happy with our sandwiches; everything there is a really good value. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a complimentary yogurt at the end of our meal, and I would certainly buy a full sized yogurt on a revisit. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and friendly. It's just a shame that this is far from where we live, otherwise we'd frequent Lobster Banh Mi a lot more.
The most perfect crunchy and fluffy banh mi bread! Lobster banh mi was super delicious. Great Vietnamese take on a lobster roll sandwich. We also tried the coffee flan they had today. Great consistency and strong coffee taste! Excellent and kind customer service as well. Can't wait to come back and try the rest.
Excellent place, if a little pricey. The lobster banh mi is amazing, but it's not the lobster that makes it. Every ingredient from the carrots to the bread is fresh and crisp. The Thai tea is pretty great as well.
We saw this place while we were driving so we decided to give it a try and we love Vietnamese sandwiches! We tried the Curry Chicken Banh Mi and the Lobster Banh Mi. The Curry Chicken was good, the lobster Banh Mi was good as well. However for $11.95 there was not enough lobster meat. If you want more meat they will charge you an additional $5. I would probably try this place again but I will not order the Lobster Banh Mi again because it’s not worth it for $11.95.

Delicious sandwiches served on large French Baggett along with some sweet and lightly pickled veggies and you choice of protein. This is a cute place and great for either a light sit down or a quick takeaway. Everyone should give it a try at least 1 time.Got it to go and jalapeños were on the side (much appreciated).
First impressions are the most lasting, and unfortunately the impression based on my first visit to Lobster Banh Mi will not result in a return visit on my part. The restaurant was woefully understaffed during the lunch hour; the lady taking orders, seemingly confused, had to come to my table twice to verify what I had ordered; the sandwich arrived nearly forty five minutes after the order was placed; and, its contents were lukewarm at best. To top it off, the flavor of the sandwich was not nearly as savory as those I used to buy near my previous homestead in another state. I'll continue my search for a good banh mi sandwich in the area, but regrettably this will not be my "go to" place.
My grilled pork banh mi (number 3 on the menu) is super delicious. Extremely beautiful and clean restaurant. Highly recommended!
All I can say is WOW. This place is terrible! Ordered take out and got the Lobster Banhmi. Nothing like they advertise. Came home to an empty sandwhich with 4 tiny pieces of lobster. For 10 bucks this is not worth it. I will never go back and I will spend my $10 elsewhere. How do you expect to ever have returning customers? Good luck to this business.
