(Translated by Google) ramenVILLAGE CLASSIC I ordered so-called tonkotsu ramen. The ramen soup is lukewarm, but the ingredients and noodles are the same as eating in Japan.I will clean it up by myself after eating. What came out with the noodles was JFC's purveyor of Japanese food.I think the quality is stable.(Original)ラーメンVILLAGE CLASSICいわゆる、とんこつラーメンを注文。ラーメンの汁はぬるいけど、具材と麺は日本で食べるのと変わらない。食べ終わった自分で片付けます。麺と共に出てきたのは、日本食御用達のJFCの割箸でした。品質は安定しているとおもいます。
Lifting Noodles is located inside Sweet Octopus in downtown Duluth. Sweet Octopus operates 4 different restaurant brands inside, each with their own unique cuisine. I came here for the Ramen, but was tempted to get one of the Sushi Burritos which also looked good and is from the 'Poki Burri' brand.I'm sure that the other food is spectacular here, but sadly, the Ramen was not. My half egg was overcooked. Compare my photo with the restaurant’s own photos. If you are going to be cheap, and only give half an egg, then there is no excuse for it to be overcooked right? …since you can see the inside, right? If you see that the egg is overcooked, why serve it? Or, if this is the way the egg should be cooked, then why post photos with it cooked correctly? The pork cutlets were tough when they should be tender. I tried to force myself to at least finish all three since I hate wasting meat, but literally just could not finish my third cutlet.I don't really know how else to describe it, but the Ramen noodles themselves were just meh, and the same quality that you would get from a package. The broth was also meh.I'm trying not to be a spoiled brat and compare this Ramen place to some of the other incredible Ramen places I've eaten. On the other hand, I came here hungry, but couldn't force myself to finish almost any of it.On a positive note, the best part of my meal was the passion fruit ginger ale, which I highly recommend, but which you can probably find at the grocery store.Sorry guys, I hate leaving bad reviews, but it just wasn't good. : /
So bad that in this location they don’t have matcha lemonade

The Sakeritas were delicious and Ben was so helpful. Definitely will be back.
Good ambience and the food is great
Amazingly delicious food and great variety. One of very few restaurants I could eat at 2, even 3 days in a row. It is a must!
