Bought Classic Assorted dozen today. When I got home and opened the box this is what I’ve found. One of the doughnuts looks like this. It seems it was like this before applying the icing, so I don’t think somebody bit it, but when they put them into the box they must do some check, which is not all that complicated considering there are only 12 doughnuts and they are relatively big. Disappointed and not going to buy from here again
Went there today as my daughter and I love some fresh doughnuts once in a while. Bought 2 specialty doughnuts and a dozen doughnuts to bring home to my other kids and husband. Opened the box of doughnuts and there was a hair in the doughnuts and the doughnuts have pieces of dark stuff embedded into the glaze looks like the doughnuts fell on the floor and they still went ahead and glazed them. I have pictures of how the doughnuts look and has completely disgusted us. Unsanitary and disgusting to be giving out doughnuts to people that might make them sick. And on top of it all the people at the front are rude mostly the lady. I want my money back at this point.
It is National donut day and the line to buy donuts is ridiculous, both in the drive through and in the store. This place is super popular!Every time we have ordered donuts here the service has been great and the donuts fresh and warm. No complaints in five years of patronage.
The light was on that they are HOT AND FRESH yet upon arriving home, 2 minutes later they are not even warm, they are crusty and not fresh…. Plus the woman working at the window was very unfriendly and didn’t even say anything to me

Absolutely terrible. Entire order was wrong. Even got the wrong receipt. Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra time to get to the other location.
The size of the donuts in the box don’t match the ones on the glass display in the shop, they are much smaller in the final take out box. Make sure the employee gets you the ones from the display with bigger donut sizes. This is joke, would never step my foot to this location!
