Called looking for the cinnamon milk promotion. They told me they have them. I informed the person that I’m driving from about 15 miles away so please be sure. She guaranteed me they had some.I made the drive only to be told when I got there that they were out and haven’t had any.
And their coffee is very good also.
There was no one else in the drive thru or inside when I was there. I went through the drive thru, and the lady over the intercom was hard to understand but also super impatient. I couldn’t even finish my order before she was telling me to pull up to the window. All I ordered was a dozen donuts and a small caramel iced coffee… I felt like I was being rushed, which is just disrespectful by any means. Especially when there is no one else in line.. I’m rating it a 2.5/5 for customer service, and 3/5 for food because my iced coffee didn’t have any ice in it and the donuts look like they’re about three days old.
Don't know whats going on Krispy cream but your dough has been worse than DD lately. Its just dry, I bought it 3 different times just to make sure it wasn't a bad batch. Get it together ❤
I ordered 4 dozen regular glazed donuts the day prior and let them know when I'd be there to pick them up. After I picked them up and took them to work (10 mins away) it looked like they gave me the the leftovers from the day prior. They were super small, cold and hard. Krispy Kreme donuts are normally superb but I would highly recommend not doing business with this location.
That star was bc the 1st krispy Kreme was in my birthplace. They are always out of the most publicized specialty and even not so specialty donuts. I was severely disappointed when I drove 30min to choose between old, cold original or powered...what the....nice hoodies for the angry employees though...I did like those hoodies. My garbage disposable of a dog wouldn't even partake....woof

Donuts were delicious! Just a complaint about the price. The man at the counter was going to give me a special for 6 Donuts for $5 cash. I only had card so i was charged $9.85. Hopefully this wasn't a way for hime to pocket my money.
PLEASE PLEASE coach your employees to wash their hands upon taking orders from customers. This is a very serious issue and request. I entered your store on Monday (craving) donuts. Upon your employee approaching me, he placed his hands on the counter where the donuts are kept. He did not have on gloves. He attempted to wait on me and he was asked if he was going to wash his hands?He told me he was putting on gloves. After I demanded he washes his hands he then put on gloves. However, he walked up to the register with my donuts with the BOX opened and my donuts were exposed to any particles (floating) in the air as he also was cashing me out exposing my food next to a dirty and frequently used cash register.I declined to TAKE the donuts in fear of FOOD safety and sanitation.
Their coffee cup sizes are super small. Is this what it's like at all locations? And the coffee was just ok. The customer service is a bit lacking: slow and unfriendly. The donuts are good though.
