This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC, the cashier was unsure how to ring a coupon at when I asked the girl taking Drive thru orders she said no and he could figure it out on his on. Then I waited the 20 minutes for a new batch of original chicken to come out and I asked the person preparing my bucket if it came with 3 pieces of each part, he got frustrated and the girl had to tell him to just give me what I want so I can just go. I also witnessed the cook drop the tray of the new chicken on the floor and I know him and the Manager who came over put it back on the tray from the floor to serve customers, I know this also because the cook came an put a tray of chicken in 2 minutes later without cooking a new batch that takes 20 minutes according to them. I believe the person making my chicken maybe unknowing took a few pieces from the tray to fulfill my order. I also witnessed the same cashier making orders for the Drive thru drop a biscuit on the counter and then put it in the box, isaid at this time if that's my biscuits I don't want what fell on the counter so he then put it with the Drive thru order. When I was finally given my order after about 30 minutes inside the guy drops the box with my biscuits on the floor and because they was in the box he placed them in my bag. I suggest someone reach out to me via email at adbchamp.ab before I contact an attorney. This review should have the option of giving no stars because the management and staff were horrible and first off needs to be retrained or let go, I'm a RetailManager for over 40 years and I have worked food services early in my career and I have never seen this.
Management needs to look into what the employees are doing at this store. Employees are closing store it it should be open at 8pm on a Saturday night and I can’t pick up Uber eats orders that are going there. It’s happened a few times, and it’s multiple people in the kitchen when you go through the drive through and they say we’re closed. Why are you there then ??♀️
I usually don’t leave a review but for this restaurant it was necessary. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady asked if I wanted to try something new they just had placed on their menu. As soon as we told her no and proceeded with the order she said the restaurant was closed since people don’t want to work. Ok so why bother ask if you want to try something new and then you hear a big order and you don’t feel like making it and say you are closed? This is ridiculous who ever the manager is needs to get new employees or close this place down. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Find another place to go eat honestly
DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO......I would give 0 star if I can, OMG this place is horrible , they took my order and ask me to pull over and wait, then they came to my car with wrong food , I told them that;s not my order so they goes back and leave me waiting again. And what's funny is one of them came out and bring me another WRONG ORDER again!!! OMG I waited 30mins for an 8 piece fry chicken.. I had to get out my car and walk inside to ask what is going on. and turns out my order was ready in there for a while and no one brought it out to me. And they also removed my order from system by mistake. THIS PLACE IS CHAOS! They've also had my order short pieces chicken before, for several times!
I order my food at5:06pm and was told to pull up to the door. At 5:38 someone came out and apologized and asked us what was our order. After repeating the order back she couldn't remember so she asked if we had out receipt. Gave herthe receipt and she’s like “oh it just came out!” At 5:54 a young man finally walked out really slow with our food made eye contact handed us the bag then walked off. No spoken words. Upon checking the bag, the order was wrong. Now we have to go inside to correct our order which took more time. Here it is 6:00 and we are finally able to eat. This place service is absolutely horrible!!!!
Im so frustrated, my daughter and I ordered Nashville hot tenders and chicken AND the chicken looked RAW… and not cooked, I came inside because I waited 30 mins just for my food and the manager ignored me and a male with a red and black shirt tried to fight me for asking for a refund. I wont be coming back to this location it should be closed.
First of all the chocolate chip cookie barely has any chocolate chips in it. Da fawk?! I still wonder why this place is standing sometimes. I’m in disbelief the workers here ain’t jack! I work hard for my money and it won’t going to this place no mo and that’s on gang.
Pleasantly surprised by this location. I'm always a bit apprehensive when I go somewhere and no other cars are there. And employees are randomly milling around the building. But, despite all that the order taker was very nice. Even suggested a better opinion for us. It's hard for me to see some drive thru menus, so I often can't find what I know is there quick enough. He was patient. Our food was hot. Chicken fully cooked. Only complaint was tenders were a little too hard.
My second favorite Chicken place always good the original and the mashed potatoes love kfc. And this particular store is great it's clean as good as fast
All employees here are disrespectful and they on purpose give you wrong foods and don’t wanna work. KFC should take immediate action against them. Who’s the owners!!! Corporate should do something about the people here. OMG!! I’ll pay for my food and then get them yelled at me???? What kinda people are working here.
