Awesome korean BBQ, it’s my favorite place in town. Great selection and very tasty side dishes. Love the kimchi fried rice. Also very good customer service.

K factory is my favorite Korean BBQ place. There are many others in this area but this one takes the cake… I like this one because the meat quality is superb, their side dishes are really good and their service is good. Although I know there are a couple managers here my favorite one is Hong (petite Korean lady) when she works she makes my wife’s and I visit very enjoyable, she knows about hospitality like no other. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of their male headserver and their other lady manager she’s rude and inattentive. I’m still going to be coming here because overall their food is really delicious and have much better services than their competitors.
It was everything I expected from a Korean BBQ. However the waiter didnt really explain anything and just brought out the meat I asked. He brought out huge portions for only 2 people and I wish I had asked if they had a "variety plate" with smaller portions so we could have sampled more. The banchan was decent and tasty. You have to ask for the egg, tofu soup and kimchi fried rice or they won't bring it. Wish also he had only brought one for the table instead of one for each of us. I almost wonder if he even spoke much English or wasn't very extroverted. But he was kind and brought everything I asked.
The waitress we had was tentative but never came out with the some side dishes we had requested which came free of charge for the option choice we had paid for. Always had to consistently ask for water which came out after asking multiple times. For the price we paid for each person, we were expecting better service. After we finished eating, we asked for the check and the waiter said there would be an 18% gratuity added on. I was okay with that and gave him my card to pay for. When he returned with the hard copies, he had asked me to sign and we were good to go. Thank God I checked the receipt before signing and leaving because they had up charge me double for gratuity thinking I was just going to sign and leave. Instead of 18%, they charged me double for 36% gratuity. After speaking with the guy who had initially charged my card, he went to go talk to two people (guessing the managers or owners) and it took them long before they came back with the amount I was supposed to be charge. Not once did they apologize for what they did or explained why it happened. Who knows how many customers they get with this scam but I will definitely not be coming back to this place ever again. As can be seen on the receipt, it also states the amount of gratuity included and on the next receipt the overcharge they tried to get us on.
This place is starting to become a KBBQ staple for me in the area. The menu as of May 2022 has Beef Brisket in $29.99 AYCE and they have cheaper weekday deals.Purely food based review:(Plan B)Beef Brisket - Solid serving sizes, great that it's not limited to just the more expensive menu.Boneless short rib - Highly recommend, best offering on the menu. Galbi is an awesome cut of meat.Cube Steak - pretty good if you want more traditional steak cooked to your choice.Bulgogi and Pork Belly offerings are comparable to other places. A lot of banchan as well.Service can sometimes be slow but there is a button and they try to load the table with more meats at a time. Unfortunately you do have to come with two or more people though to be served.
The one of the best Korean bbq so far in my life. Their service very attentive. The quality is good, the price is even better. I love their unlimited side dish too. I always recommend this place to my work colleagues.

I went with a group of friends, and the service was great! If you like K-Pop, that's the 100% of the music they play over the speakers. They have good quality meat and a variety of sides. This place can also be kid-friendly (they have French fries!).
First impression, I really like how busy and the smell of the korean bbq before walking in. To be honest, I’m not a fan of how close the grill was to my face and sometimes it feels hot. Overall, I do like the meat they offer and the corn cheese the most! Highly recommend!
