It took them over 2 hours to deliver my food I tried to call 7 times to talk to someone and no one answered. Terrible franchise. Also the food was not correct. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Ordered a sandwich over an hour ago and nothing yet. Freaky Fast? I think not. No way to call or communicate in any way with the store. I guess my sandwich will come eventually. Never again.

Just go the location in Snellville..the customer service is night a day..I just moved back to the area and it was quite disappointing and the customer service didn't feel like Jimmy John's...i have had Jimmy Johns in two other states and it was much better then this and as other reviewers said no chips were added..we should have gotten Subway..They just lost a more then weekly order..I run multiple businesses and have busy days and sometimes I don't have time to eat...don't worry i'll just give the location in Snellville my money...no problem..the area has a bunch of other eateries..time to explore :)

Don’t have a delivery service and disconnect your phone. I have no idea where my food is and it’s been “out for delivery” for over 40 minutes and I live 8 minutes away. People spend their money with you they should be able to call and ask what’s going on not you avoiding them by disconnecting the phone line.
Tuna sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and provolone cheese. My tuna is amazing so I’m super critical about tuna elsewhere. This tuna was very good! I ordered the Lil John. The roast beef came with lettuce and tomato. I added cucumber. The meat was thinly sliced with a modest amount of in the sandwich. The sandwich was light and tasty. The bread ? is good. The sweet tea was brewed just right, strong enough to taste the tea without the metal taste when over brewed. It’s sweetness was spot on! I thoroughly enjoyed the chips. They were 1.5” circles, well seasoned, crisped to perfection!Overall: ??????????
So they have moldy bread… this was ordered by my company and I can easily say that we will never order again. Idk how bread that is hard as a rock could be moldy but hay there is a first time for everything! And they forgot the chips too? Smh

Updated a negative review. Turns out there was only 1 delivery driver for the whole store! These poor employees are working their butts of for pennies. Sandwich was delicious.
