Just left restaurant. Sandwich good, attitude of sandwich maker is awful. It’s like you are a burden to her for asking a simple question, and in return you get a nasty, short response from her.Never again!
Literally just left, will NOT be returning. Ordered a sandwich online last week. My order was wrong when I got back to my office (5 minutes) called immediately spoke with a lady who pulled up my order said they’ll have it remade the next time I come in. Come in today the BIG LADY WITH BRAIDS was sooo rude. Took a picture of my sandwich she says “from that picture I can’t see the onions and lettuce” yes because they’re not there!!! She took her time to print out however many receipts to show me that I ordered it wrong when I didn’t. After 5-7 minutes of back and forth I left and said I don’t even want it if you’re this rude I don’t even trust you to remake it. And she was there when I did my original order!!! But she said I couldn’t kindly buy another one. Never I’m so sorry if you’re a miserable person making sandwiches and you feel the need to make others feel that way. She caused a scene with a full store no regards!! I’ll continue to go my regular Jimmy Johns on sugarloaf parkway in lawrenceville where they have decorum, respect and home training..
Bad service. The main lady making the sandwiches has a serious attitude problem. She acts like all the customers are bothering her, rolls her eyes, acts annoyed. It’s not the first time either..
Placed a pick up order on the app and when I arrived 20 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. They said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes, for a single sandwich, before it was ready. This place is freaky slow..
BEWARE. Delivery is FREAKY SLOW. If you’re reading this, do yourself and them a favor and DO NOT order DELIVERY here. Especially if you’re taking your lunch break.. It will not get to you for at least an hour. This has happened to me before, a few months ago. I ordered again today hoping the delivery wouldn’t take as long as last time. BIG MISTAKE. I called after 40 minutes had passed, and the lady told me that she was waiting for the driver to get back to the store and get my sub. It’s been 30 minutes since I called her, and my food is still not here. They’re lucky I’m working from home today. I placed my order at 1:29 pm. My food finally got delivered at 2:46 pm. And guess what. Not only did they deliver over an hour later, they also made my sub wrong. Careless mistake, I guess.I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered from them today. I, too, have ordered from this location over the last 5 years, and never had a problem with them until recently.
Have waited over 2 hours for my sandwich to be delivered. When it arrived, driver didn’t even call like I asked and walked into our building which doesn’t allow visitors. Order was missing the Kickin’ Ranch and the bread was way undercooked. Wasted my entire lunch break. I used to work at a Jimmy John’s back in high school and this never happened to anyone. Abysmal service.
There is nothing freaky fast about Jimmy johns anymore. This is the store I order, and I usually order for me and my girlfriend to eat on my break time. I always order 30 minutes before I get home, and it’s always been late, ruining my lunch hour. Here I am it’s 1:34pm and I ordered the food at 12:56 or something to ensure something like this wouldn’t happen. I can only understand and be patient for so long, you guys finally earned my One star review. SMHBtw I’m outside waiting for my food still and my break is about to end in 20 mins and I still gotta drive back to work. What a huge shame and bummer.
I've ordered delivery from this location for 5 years and never had an issue until recently. Both orders this week were over 75 minutes and I actually had to go pick my order up today. Won't be making that mistake again. If you're looking for lunch delivery, look elsewhere.
Waited 50 minutes for an order while I watched people coming off the street, getting served and leaving. A former good customer who used this store several times a week, was treated like a nuisance and left without any food. Never again. Jersey Mike’s here I come
It is now 3:20 pm and the store closes at 4:00 pm. The guys inside had the doors locked and wouldn't open the door.
