The quality ingredients make their pizza stand out: San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo Italian flour, extra virgin olive oil, and buffalo mozzarella that arrives weekly from Italy! The menu has three categories: Insalata (Salad), Pizza Tradizionale Napoletana, and Dolci (Dessert). The salad options are the americano salad, Italiano salad, and Caprese. Currently, there are eleven types of pizza: Bellucci - vegetarian, Margherita, Sorrento, Toscana, Milano - meat lovers, Leonardo, capri verdure - vegetarian, pomodoro, bianca - vegetarian, marinara - vegetarian, and tthe personalizzare ( toppings). The pizza is made from the exact ingredients used in Italy and prepared in the exact ovens used in Italy. We stopped in for lunch and we're delightfully surprised with a fantastic pizza! Great flavors combined with an amazing dough added up to a great pizza. Seriously this was the best dough on any pizza I've ever had anywhere! It's just the right amount of crispy and chewy but still manages to stay light and tender. It's sooo good! I am hoping they will tweak their menu and offer other sizes so we can try their other pizza flavors, having an option for individual or kid sizes would be great. We will definitely be back!
