The waiter was rude and short .. three people eating regular meals with soda and we spent 155. And we were hungry by the time we were home an hour … we can’t take none of our food out even thought there was food left … we reallly didn’t like any of the sides .. the salad dressing was good but too spicy for normal folks … and it was crowded and loud so you really can’t hear the music . We tried to laugh and joke with the waiter but he just kept frowning
Matt was our greatest highlight. He was always checking on us, and delivering sides, meets, beer and drinks. he was a great server. The food was spectacular and the sides are always amazing. We had such an amazing night. Thank you to Matt, our server, the one that's Korean, but doesn't speak Korean. lol. Iron Age was fantastic.
The best service in Gwinnett I go to Plesant Hill location and I have the great experience ever all the time
The food was delicious! The wait staff was the best! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Definitely will be back!
My first time experiencing this type of dining. I love that you cook your own pre-seasoned food at the table. The staff checks in on you to make sure you are on track and cooking safely. The AYCE meats of your choice and sides are great in flavor and portions. My favorites were the spicy squid and the Angus steak. The meat was so tender it was unbelievable. The pork belly was beautiful, but a little tough. I do want to give it another try though. The drinks are not strong but they taste good; especially the lemon martini.
This used to be our favorite place to come. The service hasn’t always been great but we didn’t mind because the taste was good. Today I came with my family and the grill wasn’t working properly. After trying to cook the first meat course for 20 minutes I asked the waiter to move us to another grill. He said he would talk to the manager. Manager came and took some cover from under the grill and asked us if that was okay and left. He saw we needed help and continued pretending he was busy on his phone. The grill started burning the meat so we had to take off the grill. Next course same problem. Manager never moved us and had to eat a few pieces. Never had such bad service in my life. Don’t come here
I used to like this place but not anymore. Te food it’s ok. They have a new rule .. they won’t sit you in a table until the group is in the place .. I was surprise when I got there with my wife and the lady on the front told me if you guys are 4 I won’t sit you in a table and they had about 20 tables ready for customers. The server was very good that’s the only reason of the 3 stars. I haven’t try any other Korean bbq place .. I will find a better one.
I went 11am which is opening time, but we still had to wait to go inside. Also, the customer service was horrible. The guy who speak Korean was so rude and doesn’t answer anything. There were only us and one more group at that time, but the waiters were act like busy and chat with co workers. I will not come back here again because their attitude make difference to the taste. Also, after I came back home and 1 hour later,my friend and I got stomachache so maybe the meat was not even good, food poisoning.
Very spacious inside and great service. Our server was Asian Matt, he was so nice and attentive!Food was nice with variety choices of meats and side dishes. I wish they had stew options but i heard they replaced the stews with steamed eggs.I've been to many different types of unlimited bbq places but this one is far the best!
This restaurant has a young and vibrant atmosphere! I would definitely come back as the meet was pretty tasty. The diner menu is $29 per person, and allows for all you can eat— two meats at a time only though.I just wish they had more sides to offer.
