Great service, clean, beautiful customer service with a Smile, very welcoming atmosphere the food was served fresh and hot. Everything was delicious ? I most definitely will go back to Ihop. The staff took our pictures for us we had out of town guest and the staff made us feel right at home.
From the parking lot it looked closed. Few cars. Dark windows. Parked anyway and went inside. I was surprised to see quite a few diners and bustling staff. We were seated promptly. Greeted nicely. Our order was taken and the food delivered quickly and correctly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive! The food was good. We were in a hurry and it worked out perfectly!
I eat here all the time so this has disappointed me so much !!!!! I had a long piece of hair in my food which is disgusting . I also did not receive my full order . The manger who was in charge told me they do not give refunds on plates because I told him I didn’t want another plate . I said can I have a gift card he told me no ! He was not helpful at all he made it same like I was irritating him when I am the paying customer. This is why ppl go crazy I will be calling the health department & I will never in my living years recommend anyone to eat here anymore
My server way Kay and she was amazing! I'll definitely be back one day. She was so patient with us since we couldn't stop talking long enough to decide what to eat ?
Our waitress Sue was absolutely AMAZING ? She was SUPER attentive, very kind and even sprinkled a little love on us with her motherly spirit? THE FOOD...for the most part everyone ordered pancake and bacon...I told Sue I wanted my bacon dark and crispy like my hubs and that's just how it arrived to the tables?? My hubs had the meat omelet and it had to be good because he did not mumble one single word while devouring that thing. My brother in law had a bowl of grits and he said they were horrible. How the ever, the sweet tea was absolutely amazing. The service was awesome and the pancakes and bacon were FABULOUS. A+
Awesome service! To the poblano omelette I added tender steak and it was amazing. Protein filled with lots of good veggies ... and the side salad was wonderful. My waiter Matthew was really great!

Great breakfast experience by Sue. Awesome waitress! If everyone had the same great attitude as Sue, the world would be a better place. This I-Hop is lucky to have such a great employee on staff!
We had a party of 6 and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from SHEKIA . She was rude from the minute we arrived for no reason . She snatched our food from us and rushed us to get out and we weren’t done . Even with the poor customer service we tipped 15 dollars total 5 from a couple and 10 on my behalf .I tipped 2 on card the rest in cash after that she started snatching and saying “are we done” .We went to the manager and store manager but the store mananger made smart remarks about our tip because the lady thought we tipped only 2 dollars . Poor customer SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! We are VERY NICE people and her attitude was just disgusting .
Place an order by phone and i picked it up. Once i arrived home half of the order was missing. I went back to restaurant and they implied that i was not telling he truth in order to get a free meal, some guy with a black shirt came from the back and he said...I personally prepared the order and I know the complete order was there.I am not in the habit of going to the same place twice in order to get a free meal... no apologies or anything.. they treat me like a thief.. i ended up ordering and paying for the missing food again .Next time i will drive an additional 5 miles to another IHOP
