my mom and I came here after not getting hotpot since before covid! we were so surprised by how fast everything came out and everything on the conveyor belt! i got the beef broth and my mom got the thai broth. everything was so delicious! the owner is very nice as well and had a long and thoughtful conversation with us. no complaints and will come back!!
First time went on a date with my husband at this place. Very welcoming. The food that comes off the conveyer is so fresh. And so many options. We chose the Thai broth which was superb. I gave it 4 stars because a women who wasn't our waiter asked if we needed anything and we asked for another can of coke and she never came back. My waitress came and gave us one.
I Luv Hot Pot is a fun and unique dining experience. I thought the prices were very affordable. If this place had a bar for mixed drinks and/or cocktails, it would be a great place to take your friends and family for a crazy night out.
My husband and I have been coming here at least once a month for the past 8 months. Always a great experience, never have any complaints. Food is wonderful and staff is very friendly. Loving the new renovations. It’s about an hour away from where we live but it’s definitely worth it. If we lived closer, we would visit more often.
The yummiest and cleanest. Highly recomend this spot. Friendly staff. Fun way to eat out healthy choices. Delicious.
Taste good! But over price!! For two people, we spend $90. Meat are not big but expensive. But the Thai tea is really really good and you get big tea for $6, and it was worth it.
We had 6 people and a baby we asked to set on the table of 8 people they said “it’s not working!” So we had to set on 2 deference tables. To fit all of us of us. When 2 large tables were available. Customer service was horrible as we came in while they were eating apparently. So we were seated and had to call to turn on equipment after being told that we would have to sit in 2 tables. No explanation for how things work and no explanation of prices. Which turned out to be a lot more than expected for what we ate. Then they wanted to charge a group tip even though we were separated. Avoid this place . We will not return. First and last time
this place is good for late night dinners. this restaurant features a conveyor belt for raw ingredients, and a separate section where you can make your own dipping sauces. we usually order the the goat hot pot and the thai hot pot, which is always pretty good. the service is accommodating, and the atmosphere is active. coming with family and friends, i've noticed that the price point is usually around 25-35 per person ~
If you are a fan of Chinese hot pot you won’t like this. It is run by Vietnamese so maybe it is to their taste but I will never return. The waitress was difficult to understand as was their system. They have a conveyor belt which has dishes with food or pictures of food and while you take the food dish you evidently are not supposed to take the ones with pictures. You have to remember the names of each and tell the waitress them but the waitress seldom came by and we ended up having to go look for her. The sauces were mislabeled and pre-mixed so there was not one sauce I could stomach. Each dish is one of six colors relating to the price and when they put together the bill they don’t itemize or anything, they just count to themselves and hand you a bill for the total.
Waited a little bit too long for the broth. The sauce or the broth is a little bit too sweet for us. Love the idea but it’s a bit pricey for the quality of the food.
