I came with my family to eat and i was very disappointed. My mom and sister tend to go to buffets all the time and they personally ranked this as "THE WORST BUFFET". The food was cold, hard, and tasteless. Service was okay usual the usual for a buffet. But compared to the other Hibachi Buffets I've gone, this us by far my worst experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Kind of an OK place. Buffet with lots to choose from. Food in some cases was bland or a taste of their own. Much was over cooked and/or over heated. The staff was nice, but it seemed there were no table assignments so you could easily feel pestered. All by different a person. No I'm not done with my plate. I do not need a refill, until you just get tired of saying no.
Start with the good, they have a large variety and the staff is friendly. Now the bad. Of everything that should have been hot, the only thing hot was the hibachi and the crab wontons. Everything we put on our plate was warm at best. Sushi looked like something you’d get from Winn-Dixie and the fish didn’t taste fresh. The hibachi & soup options (making your own) is great, but not well laid out or explained when being seated, only “it is really good”.Now the worst part. They have dozens of signs about mask wearing being required, and as dumb as that is at this point, you’d think they’d value cleanliness and sanitary practices a little more. Places like this should make sure parents are with their children when getting food. There were several kids eye level of the food sneezing, but the worst was the kid wearing his plate as a hat, then loading it with some food, and then deciding to return the food back for someone else to eat.
Pretty good buffet. The food is not salty like other chinese buffet.
Good selection of foods. It hasn't change much. Food wasn't hot on the clams and crawfish today. Chicken wings are extremely salty. Overall, wasn't bad , wasn't good. Wasn't expensive, wasnt cheap...just right i guess. Average.
Sundays are ridiculously busy here. Almost impossible to find parking. However, we were able to get seated right away with a large party of 10. Side note, I hate buffets...but came here for my dad's birthday. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food, well, it's basic Chinese buffet food. It's the kind of food you crave when you're hungover. The food is extremely salty. If you're concerned about covid, they offer disposable gloves and hand sanitizer at the food stations.
The food and service was great, one thing i didn't like was that after i paid for my food and was leaving, a worker from the restaurant was just waiting near the exit and asked "no tip?" I paid with debit card and i carry NO CASH on me so i told him "sorry but i will next time" he took it personally exclaiming "OH MY GOD!" seriously?, i enjoyed the food & service and i was willing to come again and bring tip next time but if you gonna act like that to a customer then forget it. At least have a card reader machine that can read debit cards and lets me put in the amount of tip.
Food was okay, service was not bad too. Love their dessert, the egg cake is great.
Huge amount of choices. Food had great flavor, and you get alot for your money. You'll have to go multiple times to fully appreciate how many choices the buffet gives you
I came in late so i can understand the staff being nice but you can tell that the wanted you out. But the food quality was decent. Ive been to other hibachi restaurants with better quality and alot more choices for the same amount of money. Not terrible but there's better choices for hibachi restaurants.
