I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.

Had a very enjoyable experience. Me and my cousin went a little late in the night and needed something to eat, they were one of the only places still open around that area that wasn’t fast food. We had some chicken and waffles. And it was really good. The waffles are so good and remind me of funnel cakes. The chicken was fresh and hot. I couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards. Will be back again and will bring other friends with me next time
Poor food quality. Wings was not crispy, fries was not freshly cooked, no seasoning (lemon pepper) on my wings. The chicken skin was chewy and looked slight pinkish so I didn't feel comfortable eating the wings. $55 for 2 10 piece wingettes is overkill. I usually sit in but got it to go and I will never do that again. Highly pissed off and I do not live in the area to return the food. And of course the phone line stay busy.....
I usually get good food service when I dine in but tonight I took it to go. I ordered 2 10 piece wingette baskets. One lemon pepper and one buffalo. I must say it was horrible. The wings are big as hell and not fried properly. I felt like they was put in an air fryer or something. There was no lemon pepper on my chicken, the homemade ranch is trash and the fries was not fresh as well. I am highly disappointed. And to be overly priced for poor food quality. Then, my wings was looking pinkish so I definitely did not feel comfortable continuing to eat. I hate when they tie your bag up in that little as knot....NO I need to check my food.... the packaging of the food could have been better. Why put hot as food in paper bag? The condensation of the heat probably is why my wings are not crispy. $55 to for two baskets was a complete waste of money and time. Just lost me as a customer. My picture my look like the wings are crispy but trust they are not....the skin is chewy.
I'm still testing restaurants to experience and share with others! Her's the deal The chicken was delicious and hot however the wait time I was given was an additional 20 minutes more than I was told. The customer service is great the only thing I noticed that needs attention while there is that the tables and floors should be cleaned periodically in between patrons
Went to Harold’s today walked in not busy at all told the young lady I wanted to place and order Togo. She told me the cashier has to take my order ok waited 10 minutes 2 others asked if I had been taking care of no. Ok while I’m wait this guy walks in to start his shift that’s who took my order ok. Now let’s talk about the food I order 1/2 mixed chicken dinner it comes with fries and coleslaw get my food go to my car to check it no coleslaw had to go back in for that get home no napkins or anything to eat with the chicken was and tasted burnt ketchup was water down on top of that I had to pay a gratuity on my Togo order and the food wasn’t good . My first and last time going to Harold’s in Duluth
New spot in GWINNETT with TONS of potential. My husband is a Chicago native so we already know what to order. Good vibes and cook to order food. The chicken wings are fantastic, chill spot, and love the music. The manager is doing great and working on staffing and bringing a social scene. Note that if you're in a rush this is not the spot for you ( but this will change when they are fully staffed). Otherwise we'll be back!
Nice chill spot, older crowd but they know how to have fun ?. You seat yourself, waited about 5-7 min for a waiter to come over which wasn’t bad for a Saturday night. Food was amazing, waited about 25 min for it to come out. I ordered the small catfish dinner and it was amazing, it wasn’t cooked too hard and didn’t taste like the grease old 10/10 would recommended. My boyfriend had the large gizzards with sweet potato tots and said those were good! The portion size was great, more than I expected. Hookah is $40 at night and I believe $30 during the day. They have $5 drink options options more. Live DJ with a good selection. Evelyn was my server and she was awesome?? will definitely be back where I’m dining in or ordering take out.
New location in Gwinnett Cty. Food and service was good. I visited for lunch. Would recommend for a date or night outing. Hookahs available.
