There is no curbside pick up. We ordered their own website, we picked it up and came home to find out that they forgot the churros.My sister called and the first person said they forgot. They admit they left churro in the back and my sister told the employee that we are home already so we rather request for an refund. Then it switched to manager telling us that because they can’t process the refund, we would need to pick up churro. My sister and I was tired of long day. I really do not understand “refund” is not able to process because it was ordered online. Their own website, not a third party website.I was furious but my sister is like its fine. Yes, because of churro we don’t want to ruin our dinner. But you know what? Taking money away from the customer? Unprofessional customer service?Please check your receipt, quality of food before you order from this restaurant.Such a low quality of service overall which I do not appreciate.Also I noticed that owner replies to reviews with positive feedback. Change your business mindset.What people says about the restaurant does really matter. Why? I saw two small group of people eating in your restaurant, that’s why.
May 10th we ordered over $130 worth of food for our taco Tuesday event using your own website. My boyfriend arrived to pick up the food only to find out that Arturo (the manager) & the hostess (tall woman with blond short curls) stated our food was already Picked up! HOW? WHY? & most importantly BY WHO? Anyways, my boyfriend was calm about the situation & asked if they could just remake it while he’s there & “Arturo”(the so called manager) stated the restaurant is closing. COOL. My boyfriend requested a refund & then ARTURO stated it will be processed within 1 business day. Never received it. So we waited a week before we made a call. We spoke with Arturo who stated he would put in a work order to corporate to have them give us a call. They never called. We waited another week. Still nothing. So we decided to go to the restaurant to request our refund yet again. Once we arrived Arturo was giving the same old song: “I’ll call corporate” “process is 1 business day”. COOL. I’d say we’ve been pretty patient & still handled the situation politely. BUT It has been yet ANOTHER WEEK today! My boyfriend will be showing up tomorrow for the refund we have SO kindly requested 4 times since we never received our order. The crazy part is we still wanted to be returning guests but after all of this, this restaurant is not worth it. Just a heads up, I will be posting this review on any platform of yours I can find. Multiple times if needed.
The steak quesadillas was Delicious.
The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. The staff is always so helpful, even with awkward food questions LOL. Excellent service all the way around. Great for lunch or evenings!!!

Great food. I would have given it 5 stars if the service was better. Had to wait awhile for a server to come to greet us. There were only 2 other tables there. Any time we needed something we had to go find a server and most of the time it wasn't even our server.
The service was horrendous my server was more interested in waiting 3 tables than getting orders right. She intentionally ignored our table as new customers came through. I literally waited 5 minutes by the kitchen to get more chips and salsa. To end the night I spoke to the manager and there was no apology. The only good thing that came from this night was the 20% discount on our bill which was not mentioned to us.
This is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had. I came from out of town and will be sure to come back when I’m in the area. The flavors were exquisite!!! The wait staff was super kind and pleasant as well.
Their decor is bland like their food. Salsa is watery like their alcoholic drinks (served in plastic cups). Potato wedges on my carne asada. There is nothing authentic about this place. Service was good.
Went here after a Gladiators game. It wasn't too crowded. The hostesses were nice and efficient. Once our food was ordered, it came relatively quickly. Everyone thought their meal tasted good.
