Ordered for 103$ (which is ridiculous for 3 combomeals and 3 hotdogs btw) and only got the 3 drinks that are coming with the combo meals (NO STRAWS!!!!!)
We decided to try this place on a Sunday around 3pm. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating; inside and outside. Hubby and I had the California style burgers w/regular fries and chili cheese fries. Burgers were ok, we’ll try without the sauce next time. Chili was gross and watery. The shoe string fries were the best part. Added a star for the friendly service and clean restaurant.
I visited this location on Saturday, the 9th of April at around 6pm. There was no line to place my order. They were not busy. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order. The two boys were polite and seem to be staying busy while 3 to 4 females argued. It was loud enough for everyone in the Restaurant to hear them. It seemed like a store being run with poor or no management. The food was decent. $10 seems a little high for the cheapest combo meal but whatever.
I have never ever received the correct order at the store the first time through the drive-through. Pretty much every time I go there is a long wait even if I’m the only one and they get my order wrong. Today I asked for a caramel sundae and an Oreo cookie with chocolate. Got a chocolate sundae. Then they couldn’t find the Oreo ice cream cookies. Then she handed me a vanilla ice cream cookie and I handed it back explaining I had asked for chocolate. When I finally got my ice cream and cookies they handed me the melted cookie in the picture below because apparently they were no prepared cookies and she made it on the spot. So I got two pieces of frozen Oreo with melted chocolate ice cream (see pic). They are truly ridiculous
If you go be prepared to sit in drive thru up to an hour. They don't even come to the window bro tell u what is taking so long. All you see are staff walking back and forth like they are all confused.... & Then they don't even display good customer service by apologizing! Never Again will I dune here !
I really don't enjoy leaving a bad review, but my family's experience there was so bad I feel like it's my obligation to let others know.My family and I stopped in there to try it out while running errands today and although it was about 30 degrees outside, it might have actually been colder in there than outside! I'm never cold, but it was so cold in there my whole family and the other customers all had to wear their winter jackets.Then it took over 20 minutes to get our food (4 burgers, 1 large fry, and an order of onion rings). We were looking forward to some hot food to warm us up, but we didn't get that unfortunately. How, in an uncrowded restaurant (4 other adults and two toddlers) could it take 20 minutes in a fast food restaurant to get food and the food be cold? Maybe they were short staffed you'd say.... However there were 4 people in the kitchen cooking, one employee at the register, and one employee doing the drive thru.Well, at least the food was good, right? Not really. For $10 I got a burger, fries, and a drink, but the burger was no better than a gas station burger. I even got it "California style", which was supposed to have more toppings, which it did not.At least the bathroom seemed clean since we had to go in there to get paper towels because there were no napkins.
I paid five bucks for a Chilli cheese dog, and this is what I got...?? yall could have at least told me you ran out of hot dog buns
My first time trying this place and I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a single steak burger with no pickles. What is this? Where are my toppings? $5 for this smh
Food was good despite the messiness of it caused by the over abundance of mustard they squirted on each of our burgers. Another big negative was the fact there were absolutely no lights on on the outside of the store (building, sign, driveway, nothing). It doesn't exactly give you a nice safe feeling.
Not the Freddy's I used to love. The restaurant is filthy. Took 10 minutes for someone to come up and take my order. Took another 30 minutes for the order to come out. Look at the uploaded photo. Placed an order at 4:39 PM exactly and at 5:05 the order was still not ready. When the food arrived half of it was cold. Don't waste your time here. My previous review is below. Management refunded my order so I'll leave it at that..........................Didn't even know this place existed but I'm glad I stopped by. Food made to order. Higher quality burgers and fries more than other chains. Seems like there's only a few locations in GA and I'm glad this one is near by. Love the buns they use for their hotdogs, and the fish sandwich was surprisingly delicious! I'll probably end up eating here too often lol. The service is friendly and quick as well.
