Stopped by this location a few minutes ago and the lady in charge has horrible customer service skills. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and mushrooms, but there was a mix-up and they put mustard instead of the mushrooms.I brought it up to her attention, and she instantly seemed bothered by it. Started huffing and shaking her head. She abruptly said “you have to wait another five minutes”… I said “it’s fine” and moved out by the counter. She rudely told me to sit down… and when I refused and said I would wait there, she called the next customer right on my face. I ignored it and waited for my burger. Honestly felt bad for her employees because if she’s treating customers that way, I can only imagine how she treats her staff.
Food is good but the shorter black guy was eating the bacon ..... When I just came in he puted a piece of bacon in his mouth and turned his face to the grill way.... That is not grate........... Also the table wasn't clean....is the guy with black shirt
The store is clean.But the burger wasn't as good as I expected.
They have some of the best fries around. You even get extra in the bag after they fill the cup for the size you bought. Hamburgers are really greasy and tend to fall apart on me.
Ordered 4 burgers, milkshake, cokes, fries yesterday. The tasste and service was terrible. The crew didn't even answer my questions and was rude! Won't come back again!
If I could give this location less than one star I would…absolutely terrible service, especially through delivery apps. Half the order was missing, called the restaurant and they confirmed my order was still there. I was left on hold, and then hung up on. When I arrived to pick up my order it in fact was not there, but had not even been started. No refund or consolation was given by the manager, not even an apology for the inconvenience. Extremely disappointed.
I purchase a Double bacon cheeseburger. One slice of cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, extra, extra bacon, Regular fries and large Dr. Pepper no iceThis meal was garbage. Five guys is using grade D meat. They are charging all that money for grade meat. I'm a Chief and I know grade D meat when I taste it. If i wanted to eat grade D meat I would have gone to Mcd's or B king and I don't eat either. The only thing I enjoyed about this meal is the Dr. Pepper. Stop using grade D meat five guys. For the priceuse grade A Angus beef. It's sad and sorry.
They're a little slower than other Five Guys, but it's cause they take the time to do it right. Probably the best Five Guys burger I've had in a minute.
Always a great burger and fries. Also we had a group of 12 and it was fast, fresh and delicious!
