Nice and clean place to eat Good foods friendly people I love eating at Firehouse Sub
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The only reason they even have 1 star from me is because the subs were at least edible and the app won't let me go lower... The 4 subs were placed sideways in a bag, so all of the juices went everywhere. The pic below shows how poorly they were cut. All 4 subs we bought had ALL of the meat in the center, so we had to redistribute it as we were eating. The pickles were literally thrown on top of the subs without being wrapped in plastic, so the juices ran all over the sandwich. I didn't even want pickles, so idk why they even wasted their time to ruin all 4 of our sandwiches with them. The sandwiches were not labeled, which I have never experienced with Firehouse subs before. Idk what is wrong with this location, but I will never give my hard earned money to this locations owner again. These subs are a treat for us in these trying times and to receive these the way we did was literally making a terrible day at work just that much worse when I can't get home to an acceptable dinner that I paid for :/... I am not happy with these sandwiches, especially for the rediculous price I paid for each. Usually the price is worth it, but not when they are as messed up as they were for us.
Terrible! Ordered a sub for pickup, and they could not have gotten the order more wrong. Ordered a large got the regular, made it with wheat bread but ordered white, left off the pepperjack cheese and Sorensen’s sauce that I requested. Ordered without mayo, it’s covered in mayo, and I ordered hot sauce packets but they didn’t give me any. How do you screw up that bad Firehouse subs? How?
Literally took 41 minutes for us to get our sandwiches. We ordered 6 total subs. Never seen a staff so slow and incompetent.
This restaurant often messes up orders. Also, they go offline at 8PM (meaning no delivery/online orders) even though they technically close at 9PM - they don’t hold a candle to the 24hour store in Athens. Shame.
Ok soo this is the BEST sub I have had in a very long time. WOW!! This Firehouse sub is amazing. The staff is professional, with great personalities, and efficient. Matt and Jordan are also stellar managers, and an amazing addition to the Firehouse team. With such a great staff, yummy food, and a clean and proficient restaurant... You can't go wrong with this Firehouse Subs.
Location did not have a sign up stating they weren't a participating location for the Tmobile deal. My promo code went to waste because cashier didn't state it until I got to the checkout part of my order.
I am VERY disappointed that I was told that this place does NOT honor T-Mobile Tuesdays Free Deals. Had a free Hook & Ladder Sub that was not honored. I still honored my order. It was 15 minutes before my 1 sandwich order was ready. This was not due to low employees. There were 4-5 people working. My Hook & Ladder was delicious but will not patronize this establishment.
This is one of my favorite Firehouses! The staff, especially Michael (I think that's his name) are very friendly. I am always greeted when I walk in and if I have a to go order they always make sure I have received my cups if I got drinks and chips or any other extra thing on my order. My food is always as ordered. The location is clean and well stocked with napkins, straws and lids. My only complaint is their soda machine (Coca-Cola Freestyle), but I just don't like those machines.
Just came back to my office from ordering a sub. WORST sub ever. They threw all together very sloppy. It was the girl that made it. She cut it so the bread wasnt even on the sandwich. THIS person either fire or train. How hard can it be to make a sandwich. I will say the young man that took the order was the BEST you have ever had at this location . GIVE him a raise or let him train that girl who is terrible and ruining your rep.
