The staff are seriously amazing. Our group felt so welcomed and had a great time. My only complaint is that we did encounter technical issues a few times and the song selection wasn’t great.
On July 30th my friend rented out a big room. Someone who wasn't apart of our group was caught rolling up blunt and we got kicked out! That was insane.
Went for my first time, wasn't as busy as i thought it would be on a Saturday, but i still had a really funtime. Everyone who worked there was really nice and helpful. The facility was very clean with comfy seating. The music was great and after the awesome drinks kicked in i had to start dancing! Definitely want to go again. I went solo because all my friends were busy and still had an awesome time, and i think that means something!
Summary: Gave this two stars because the food was really good. Genuinely the best bar food I’ve had in the area. Unfortunately, the service was really bad. We celebrated a friend’s bachelorette party there and rented the private karaoke room. Everything was sticky and broken or difficult to navigate with little help from staff.My experience:-easy to book via text-Song selection screen broken in the first room, but staff quickly brought in the manager to try to fix it then switched us to a second room when they realized it wasn’t going to work-karaoke app to select songs did not have an English option (which is not an issue but would’ve been nice to get some support to figure this out rather than trying to do it on our own and wasting so much time)-chord to connect the phone and use YouTube karaoke videos kept disconnecting mid song (I have a newer smart phone, so I know that wasn’t the issue)-Mics in the second room barely worked and staff did not explain how to adjust the volume so we tried ti figure it out on our own and then realized they were already on max and we would have to belt the rest of the night (we felt too uncomfortable to switch rooms again and just sucked it up but in hindsight I should have been more assertive and requested a room change)-broken couch in the private room (which goes for $40/hour, so you’d think it would be better kept - a chunk of the armrest was literally falling off)-dirty/sticky surfaces (sticky floors and thick, sticky residue all over the tables)-20% tip charge ($30 on a ~$150 tab) included with the bill which was higher than I would’ve given since the service was so bad (for context I usually tip minimum 15% for okay service because people gotta make a living and upwards of 25% when the service is REALLY good, so my plan was to tip 15% which was more than fair given that the only remotely helpful person I spoke to was the bartender)We made the best of it because none of us wanted to disappoint the bride by canceling our plans and just going to a restaurant but i just kept thinking “We could be doing this same exact thing in the hotel…” I was SOOOOO excited and kept telling the bride and the rest of the party that this was going to be a wonderful experience… and it was BECAUSE we chose to make lemonade out of lemons. But I felt embarrassed later about all this bragging and hyping the place up when the only thing that truly lived up to expectations was the food (those wings are GOOOOOD).The one person who was super helpful was bartender! He was patient and explained to us that we could have a bit of extra time since the first 30 min or so were wasted with tech issues.

The lounge area is fine, I have nothing good or bad to say-it meets expectations.The staff is friendly and helpful, they’re stellar. My only complaint is that our orders kept being forgotten, but with the service button and phone we resolved them quickly.The karaoke rooms are the reason I leave my review. I love the selection of songs and the options to see some music videos instead of B rolls from the 80s and 90s. The rooms are dirty every time I visit - sticky floors, trash left under the table, sticky seats, etc. The sound systems are not consistently set up, sometimes the speakers are totally blown, sometimes the mic volume is off or the music is off, the mics needed to be replaced multiple times as they were not holding charges. These can be resolved by the staff through training or cleaning protocols.
Great atmosphere…great music by the DJ…good food and the karaoke ? room was da bomb ? we had sooooo much fun.
I went in the there, because one of my family members daughter had a birthday party there! It was a karaoke style party, I really enjoyed myself, the place was nice, it wasn't packed, but it was a pretty nice atmosphere/environment, I recommend people to check it out, it was pretty laid back and cool! The Karaoke was fun!
It was okay. My cousin had her birthday party there. The Karaoke room we were in had issues and the waitress was not attentive nor did she have any energy. Hopefully next time it's a better experience
4 stars because I could see the potential. All the internet hype has me believe there was a dj there every night, but definitely not this Tuesday night. The few people that were there were enjoying themselves and there were a couple private rooms in use. I had gone for some entertainment in the main room but the bartender I asked said nothing happens on Tuesdays. She was nice and fixed a great drink. I'm sure this is a 5 star place when things are happening but they really appear to be sitting back complacently during the week.
