Worst customer service I've ever received. The young girl taking orders in the drive-thru at 7:40pm on Monday, June 13th was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was the only one in the drive-thru and while taking my order she kept telling me to hold on and was laughing. After 5 minutes she asked for my order which I repeated 3 times but she kept laughing. When I looked inside the drive-thru window she was talking to her friends. I got frustrated and told her to please take my order but she talked back and said to repeat my order again with an attitude. At this point, I didn't want to continue wasting my time with an ignorant person and drove off. Most of the current reviews are from upset customers that experienced the same thing. She shouldn't be working here.
I hate to write this because the staff here seems fun-loving/positive but they simply can’t make good coffee for the life of them. I believe they think they are doing customers a favorite by tripling the syrup (and I get Dunkin is know for sweetness) but my god, no. You literally can not drink these lattes because they taste like 40% milk and 60% syrup. No coffee detectable at all. Truly curious if they even brew any throughout the day.I have came here about 10 times. Each time just hoping the last one was an off day but this is consistent. I have made the extra drive to another Dunkin nearby that has the proper ratios.Today, I asked for HALF the pumps of sugar and got to the window and my drink was white again. So I just knew it was syrup and it was.Please teach these kids how to make a coffee!
I am disappointed lately with DD, they have hired teens and that is not the problem, the under training it is. I have received cold mini Bagels, and super sweet ice coffe. I asked and they said they usually put 8 counts of whatever sugar the client ask.?I was so frustrated I took my coffee home and I mixed with my own to fix it.This shops are my favorite coffee shops, I'll give a second chance. But I am hesitating.???
This is a never return, did not get sweet tea, got unsweetened. I could knock u out with this hard bagel, and hash browns are from yesterday. Yuck. A waste of money.
I asked for lite on cream and lite on sweetened vanilla. I got 3 vanilla and 2 cream. It was so sweet I gagged and I could barely taste the coffee.Why do they have to screw up the drinks to badly?
I always have a good experience at this dunkin ! The employees are so nice and they take the time to listen to your order . My order is always correct and the line is never long around 6pm when I’m on the way to work . I pass three different locations just to go this one by the way .
It's a Dunkin' lol. The staff in the morning are very nice despite being obviously overwhelmed. They get orders together quickly and I've never had them mess up an order.
This is the best Dunkin! I go out of my way to go to this location every chance I get. The staff there is always so nice and the food and drinks are always correct! I appreciate all the employees and their kindness!
This place has no clue on how to run a successful restaurant / business for that matter. They treat customers like dirt and act like you’re inconveniencing them when you try to pick up an already paid order. The wait time is always around 10-15 mins for some reason if not longer. This place needs new management. Will not be coming back here ever again. I would recommend finding somewhere else.
Love the customer service but the food was meh. I was starving and got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I probably would not buy it again. Dunkin is probably solely good for doughnuts and coffee.
