I ordered a big and toasty sourdough it is always not cooked properly if the cheese is not melted and the bacon look raw it is not fully cooked. This morning this young man he dropped my card and it went under the car and no apologies and I also told them make sure to toast my sandwich. I was told the sandwich is always toasted no it's not because it's not fully cooked.. if I have to put it back in my toaster when I get home it is not fully cooked I guess they're going to wait till someone gets sick or they get a lawsuit or get shut down for selling raw food that young man at the window need to go is very disrespectful and I do agree with a previous customer says they have passive aggressive behavior T hey need to be closed down. This store is below standard. I don't understand how the pass inspection...? Tried calling the store no answer so forget it let's call the corporate office...
This place never opens the dining area in the mornings - despite having no signs on the door. Forcing you to sit in a long drive through, while they move ridiculously slow. If you’re going to make customers go through drive through, at least move faster AND put up a sign that indicates dining is closed. You all opened the door for who you chose to open it for.
It’s so dirty inside the store. Dust, dirt, and grime all over the place. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s definitely going down hill. Service is getting bad but how dirty the inside was, was way worse.
If I could give a 0 star, honestly I would. Forgot my sugar and cream in my coffee, donuts were good thick and overcooked. I will save my time stopping for a quick morning snack!

I usually have good luck with this Dunkin but since they've hired their new either manager or shift lead I always see there the quality has substantially gone down. I ordered from a girl at the window and when I pulled uo to the window I told her that it was supposed to be a large iced oatmilk latte. The what looked like manager(buttoned up overnight collared shirt) was making a hot one. She waits until he made the entire thing and put it in a cup before telling him no its supposed to be iced. So he dumps it into an iced cup and adds ice. Then she asks me what kind of donuts I ordered for the second time, which I didn't mind but then she hands me a small iced coffee. I politely said "I don't think this is the large iced oatmilk latte I ordered." Then she looks at me and says uhh I can fix it but hesitates to take the drink back. She tells the guy mentioned earlier and they both start laughing as I can clearly see them just dump it into a large plastic cup and fill the remainder of the cup(from a small to a large) of milk and stir it. Hands it back to me and at this point I'm just irritated so I'm like whatever. Definitely never going back to this dunkin.
BEST Dunkin’!! Just went and ordered 2 glazed chocolate cake donuts, and the employee managing the drive thru (young African American man) was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!
Slowest service ever. Terrible communication and customer service. Took 15 minutes to get one drink. I just sat at the speaker box with no one even answering and once they did I had to repeat the order three times.
Service is pretty slow. They have about 4-5 people behind the counter but work so inefficiently. It's also not a great image to see when employees are eating/drinking while making your food. Their restrooms are always filthy too. And makes matters worse when the employee clogs the toilet and does nothing about it.
Ordered and entire order was completly wrong. Apparently they we out of some items so instead of informing anyone they put other items not even ordered. When I called, the manager young boy high-pitched voice admitted they were out so he took it upon himself to add other items. Very rude, laughing the entire phone call. Had been going here for years with my daughters and now never again. I understand that there are issues with hiring employees right now but I don't believe that hiring someone just to hire is the right approach.
