The drinks are great so it really sucked that the person taking orders had such a rude attitude. When I asked a question to clarify he heard me correctly for my order, his aggressive attitude made me uncomfortable. The two people making drinks tonight though were fantastic and very kind. I just don't feel like I want to come back at the possibility of dealing with the same cashier.
I love the Mango Green Tea! There's a worker named Brian who always makes them so good that I end up ordering two!
It brand name of bubble tea and good service
Ideally located beside restaurants & a big grocery, you can drop by if craving for something sweet. The inside is clean, airy and nicely decorated but you’ll have to stand outside if the line is really long since the counter is near the entrance. Lots of variety, good thing is they have the ‘top drinks’ so you can just pick from those instead.
I understand because of Covid price went up. But now charging .50€ ( fifty cents) extra if you don’t want ice, come on Gong Cha. Sometimes people out of state, they came and brought at least 10 drinks. Because of the long drive they can’t have ice in the drink. Now that is an extra five dollars. Or sometime people want to buy 2 or 3drinks to save it for the next day because it is not convenient for them to go every day.
Drinks great, snacks great, service great. The wait for matcha waffle more than 1/2 hours. Did you have to harvest the tea leaves and de-vine the matcha? Don't know.
I've tried many bubba tea places, all of them are great but Gon cha it's better in a way that it's different. Very popular among Vietnamese people that's why I like it.

First time here and the drink was pretty good. Customer service was pretty good and the place was clean as well.
Menu show ít but they Refused To Honor. On their menu, it said you can have 30%, 50%, 70% ice or no ice. We ordered no ice.... they refuse to sell that. WTH.... if you do not want to sell, cross it out. If it is up there ... you must honor that.... just a simple good customer service. Not honor in this matter then what else behind the door... I wonder. Also for those looking for the buy 5 get 1 deal. They no longer have that. Other Gong Cha locations like one in Buford Hwy inside I185 still offer that and also honor the no ice order.... go there instead of this location.
