Really marracucha food, very good attention by Andreina

Could YOU have the decency of UPDATE the schedule of the restaurant? My family and I drove 20 minutes on Uber to eat Venezuela food at 7:30 am because the GPS says that the restaurant opens at 7….and when we arrive at the front door says that open at 10 ??‍♂️. Guys, time is money, we had to go IHOP to figure out our breakfast before going to to our errand fast due to we lost time going to there. Please, make the experience better.

I drove almost an hour to get to this restaurant. The address that's shown on maps took me to another place. I called the number provided and someone answered with a plain hello so I asked if this was the restaurant and the person hung up in my face and then wouldn't answer again.I wanted 1 chicken and 1 pork patacone but they only had pork and it was $15 for one but it's huge.Update: Google suggested chatting with the owner. I sent a chat saying that I was trying to find the location and someone responded almost immediately and said they are inside of the bp gas station. The people were nice. The pulled pork was kind of hard and was dry but the flavor of everything else was good.

Excellent cachapa. Located inside the fuel station. Soup on Sunday.

My husband ordered by phone two cachapas and two tequeyoyos at 9:30 pm, he went to pick it up at 10:15 pm and they did not have them ready because "they did not have cachapas at that hour and it takes time to cook", even though they took the order when he called. Then, once he was in the place, they made him wait 40 minutes more for them. This is not the first time something like this has happened to us. Please don't waste your time there.Replying to your feedback: When he ordered the food, you confirmed to have it at the right hour. When he arrived in, you changed the plan. Yes, you guys did assumed one cachapa as courtesy but that is still not right since this is not the first time it happens to us. Advise the client that even though they ordered to pick up 30 minutes after the call, they have to wait 30 minutes more at the place only for two cachapas. It does not make any sense. Put some more responsability on your side for the next time, of course not for us, because we will never go there again.

Rare find! You have to try the Pan de Jamon Tequeños and their “Cruzado” soup. The service was good and the chef very personable. Don’t let he gas station fool you, they’re inside.

Excellent Venezuelan food empanadas and tequenos very good

The personal who attended me gave me burnt empanadas, I do not recommendThey don't give bottles of sauces, they all want to save money and they are live the United States and they think like Chavistas

Worst Venezuelan restaurant experience ever! I gave them several opportunities, at some point the Tequeños were raw or the cheese frozen. A too salty Pabellón. I always said one more opportunity to be the closest Venezuelan food restaurant that I have. But we reached the last straw with costumer services.

This place is closed. I don’t think it survived the pandemic.
