Terrible customer service. Unable to edit any standard offerings or specials (I.e. blizzard flavor), prices are far higher than any other Dairy Queen location, exterior of building is dated, back door of restaurant is filthy and instantly makes you reconsider accepting food from this establishment. Window at drive thru is equally tragic and lacks cleanliness. No food score/ rating visible at the drive thru. Food is not edible, undercooked chicken tenders, burger with a rotten tomato, the list goes on. Of all places to enjoy in Duluth, do not spend your money here.
Loved the food here. The chicken bites were one of the best I've ever had. The gentleman at the drive thru was very friendly. Very nice man. Check it out if you are wondering if you should or not. If you like chicken gotta try those bites. Don't forget the ranch. Speaking of! Best ranch dressing I've ever had. I wanted to get a gallon of that stuff to take back to South Carolina!!!
Um. I literally asked for a MINT OREO blizzard with COOKIE dough. LMAO they gave me MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP WITH BROWNIE BITES!!??!?! what is this, a joke???
Use to come here regularly but they got lazy. I would order an M&m's blizzard... 4/5 times all the toppings would only be at the top... Once you finish less than half the blizzard you're already out of toppings.
Stopped by here on my way home from a hard day of work. There was no line and the food was delicious. Would recommend to anyone with a mouth! Very tasty.
Quite kind, accurate, and fast! Unless you’re preferred a Kobe beef burger, it’s not bad at all.
This drive thru experience was grand I should say. The gentleman taking the order and filling the order was courteous and there was good customer service.
Fish sandwich tasted like it was cooked in water....my double cheeseburger was dried out! Won't be back
The best fast food experience I think I've ever had! Friendly fast service. Order maid to perfection. Great small talk, with even better attitude. There's not enough time in the day to explain how much this place has changed my opinion a fast food. Thanks.
I have been a loyal customer at this location through thick and thin for over four years. I have witnessed varying degrees of excellence and mediocrity, and yet dutifully returned time and time again to support this ice cream shop. But tonight, I put my foot down. I went through the Drive Thru, where I ordered a chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream cone— nearly the simplest order one can make at Dairy Queen. When I reached the window, I was handed a mangled disgrace. An abomination. While I recognize that the workers here are probably underpaid, and the pandemic has taken a toll on their ability to preform and exceed expectations— I, too, have worked a minimum wage job and service as exceptionally poor as this is unfathomable. The unmasked drive thru attendent handed me a mangled, soggy cone. I proceeded to park in an attempt to enjoy my ice cream, and immediately upon doing so, it disintegrated in my hands, soiling my clothes and my car. The drive thru attendant— ever apathetic— neglected to give me a sufficient number of napkins, leaving me with no other option but to clean myself with the spare sanitary napkin I happened to have on hand in the car. I was on the verge of tears. While I’ve come to expect from this location a charming sense of apathy and shiftiness, this was a bridge too far. I’m done. This location needs a serious overhaul, before I consider returning.I’m not complaining about the service being bad, that’s always a given at this location. What I’m complaining about is that the workers here have somehow found a way to get worse. All the best,A very, very sad customer.
