I need a refund and getting ahold of customer service is horrible.It loops you if you need to talk to a store person.My brown rice was crunchy. The chicken was dry. The little kids making my order had a bad attitude.The lettuce they tried to give me was brown and when I asked fresh the worker proceeded to take his hand and flip the lettuce around in the serving tray saying where.Then the guy ordering next to me asked what was wrong the lettuce and the Worker scolded nothing and held the serving bowl up. Serving the brown lettuce to the guy next to me.Unapologetic I know what brown lettuce looks like that’s on the verge of going bad.I need my money back !!! ASAP
I am not sure if this franchise even cares about food quality anymore. Every single time, the rice is practically uncooked. As other reviewers had mentioned, they do not pick up the phone. When I asked to talk to a manager, they sent the youngest girl from their staff vs an actual manager. We were weekly customers but with no improvement in quality, we do not plan to eat here any more.
My son got two burrito bowls yesterday with brown rice as they had run out of white rice. Realised that the brown rice was badly undercooked. It was too late to go back and return the order. Called the store in the morning and the manager honored the receipt I had and gave two burrito bowls at lunch without charging. Appreciate the effort to correct a bad experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is the worst that I’ve had they’re stingy, horrible attitudes the lettuce is always rotten they’re always “ running out of guac etc”. I’ve tried to give them a chance multiple times but the rice and beans are always under cooked, this chipotle is overall trash.
I picked up 2 Veggie Bowls, on reaching home discovered one is full of meat and we are vegetarian so had to throw it. Tried to call restaurant multiple times but nobody picked up. Horrible experience.Update: I was able to reach Manager next day morning and he refunded my bill and apologized for the inconvenience. I am therefore upgrading my rating to 2 star in a hope they will address root cause of this mix up.
I've never had great luck with Chipotle. There was a period I would not eat there because of back to back experience of getting food poisoning followed by the negative media involving salmonella poisoning across the country. It's bee years since that and they've cleaned up their act, but the last few times we've visited the restaurant they have had food shortages. And of course, their menu is not so big to be missing stapes like rice, tortilla's,, or guacamole. I'm sure COVID supply chain issues are to blame, but it doesn't bode well for an already challenged brand.
The inside is nice. Better than our local one. They must give their staff masks that are too small, because several of them didn't fit. I motioned for our guy to fix his before doing our food, and he did right away, but seconds later it was back, and that's when I noticed the others. So yeah, not good.
First time will be eat Chipotle without Pico the gallo,lettuce and guacamole,becouse they said they are out. let's what it tastes like.And this is the first Chipotle nasty ,dirty eveywhere
Every time i order from the website, this location consistently shorts me on food! The burrito was probably the smallest burrito I've ever gotten from a chipotle store. And I ordered DOUBLE CHICKEN, and it had less chicken than a normal portion size. That is actually STEALING because i payed extra for extra chicken. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Just drive an extra couple minutes to the next location. Lines are long, so it's not worth it for me to take my lunch break to wait in those long lines. Never mind the fact that they let the corn and onions fall into the sour cream and gets into my food. I despise onions and every time i get a surprise bite of onion, it ruins my appetite. Whoever runs this store should immediately be replaced. I honestly wish 0 stars was an option.
The quality of food is very good and quantity is appropriate. The place is reasonably clean most of the time considering it is a busy place.If you want to order in-person then the lines can be really long most of the days. This is the reason I mostly order takeout (via their website) .
